5 /5 Martha Chromik: I would like to thank Dr. Nita Parikh, Missy and the prior approval department for their help in getting my prescription approved quickly. This was urgent for me as I only had 5 pills left.
When I went to have my prescription refilled, the insurance co. denied it because of no prior approval on file. They absolutely had a prior approval on file.
Thanks to Dr. Parikh, Missy and the other staff involved, I was able to get my script filled.
This took unnecessary time out of their extremely demanding schedule and yet they did take the time.
Due to my familys history of Barretts Esophagus, it was important that I not miss taking this medication.
