Bruce R. I have spent a great deal of the last twenty years of my life under close medical care. I have been through countless doctors so I concider myself well educated when it comes to modern medicine. Dr Schnapp is one of the most professional physicians I have met to date. While his manner is sometimes terse he takes his job very seriously, I am not saying that he is unapproachable what I am saying is that he wants to provide the best care for his patients that he possibly can, so no nonsense. I cant think of anyone else I would want in my corner when faced with a serious medical condition. I speak from experience having been told I had stage four cancer. He kept it real, answered all of the many questions I had and I left his office with confidence that I was in the right place.

jessica Great knowledgeable nurses my baby doesnt even notice her shots. Today no cries. Other times a couple wimps after the shot has been administered.

Amalia Wilhelm it Is unfortunate that I have to write this, but with all respect to elderly, I’m beyond disappointed! I’ve addressed my newborn sons issues and raised concerns so many times , and all for nothing. This doctor tried assuring me that things were fine. After 2 years of struggling to prove my concerns, we finally switched practice and blood work shows my baby is not well. I cannot believe I trusted him for nothing!

Powerss Cassi (CassiPowerss) The doctors are fine but I have had multiple problems with one of the nurses , I can’t remember her name but she has short grey hair and sits at the front desk . I will be taking my daughter to another doctor because of her .

Emily Helene It didnt have to bad of an issue with this office aside from the fact that the dr. Hardly ever sees my child. Its always the nurse. But recently we had blood work done to check for a lyme because my child got a tick bite. The nurses at the desk that took my phone calls for 2 full days lied to me. Put me on hold and said they were calling the hospital for the results and then said they werent in. The second morning I called I was put back on hold only for Pat the nurse to tell me the DR said the hospital was mistaken and the blood work takes a week not 3 days. So I called the hospital myself and my child results had been in since the day before. Had these people done what they told me they were doing and done their job correctly i would have had her answers sooner. After getting off the phone with this hospital i had to call this office again to get the results. I was out BACK ON HOLD and then given an additude about the fact that the tick wasnt tested even tho their office told me they didnt test the tick and I couldnt bring my child in until she developed a fever or a rash. Iv never been run in circles like this and lied to when it comes to the state of my child health This office obviously dosnt care about the children they are deciding to put at risk by being negligent. I will be changing primarys and I WILL NOT be seeing anyone in the Auburn NY area, or any clinic that deals with the auburn hospital. This was a pathetic excuse for a dr visit.

Sarah Paterson-Dwyer I havent been to the doctors office yet, as my first appointment is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Im feeling quite nervous because, for almost 20 years, Ive only had two primary doctors. It was a really tough time for me to find a new doctor who could see me sooner than 3-5 months, but this office was able to schedule me in just 2 weeks! Im not sure if thats a good thing, but Ill find out. I will update my rating tomorrow, if necessary, based on my first impression and experience with the staff and my NP, Keith.

Sierra Priest There isn’t enough good to say about this practice and these doctors. I primarily see Keith but I’ve also been seen by Doctor Duckett and Liz. And all of them have treated me with respect and understanding, especially dealing with my health anxiety. I will never see another primary doctor as long as these guys are in auburn. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality healthcare! Thanks guys :)

Anne Malvaso Dr. Wasileski always takes extra medical steps to make sure she addresses all my medical issues. I am so grateful to her because she saved me from a heart attack. I had no pain and never had any heart issues but again, Dr. Wasileski went a bit further and from the tests she took, she immediately referred me to a Cardiologist which then resulted in open heart surgery. I have a chronic disease and I always feel so much stronger and better after my visits with her. Such an outstanding Staff and Office workers. I am so grateful Dr. Wasileski is here for our community.

Lori Sheriff FamilyCare Medical Group Dr Heather Wasileski is the most inclusive primary care physician anywhere. I brought my Mom to her heavily medicated with aches and pains. Dr . Wasileski looked into everything to see what was going on. My moms meds were over prescribed. When she reduced and fixed it my moms aches and pains were reactions to the meds. The staff and the doctor made a world of difference by being compassionate, caring, thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Wasileski for being the best person to navigate our health journey. She got voted again for the best Doctor in the region for a reason—-she is that good!

Ben Leonard Do not go here if you need anything more the generic help. I was an easy case but she turned my wife away because she felt she couldnt help her, or give her the care she needed. Everytime I scheduled an appointment I always meet with her NP, After being there for 4 months I finally got to meet her. I was not impressed. Her staff and Gillian were very nice and attempted to do what they could. I would rate her staff five stars and Gillian five stars, but Wasileski would get one to zero.

Kristine My wife was a relatively new patient of Dr. Wasileski. From the 2 times she had seen her she thought she was ok. Then out of the blue we receive a letter from her stating that she is dropping her as a patient. Mind you, she just filled a prescription for her. The letter stated that the office tried to contact her via phone and mail but my wife never responded. This is completely false and dreamed up. First of all, I had back surgery recently and have been home for weeks. I receive the mail each day and never received a letter. There were no messages left on the home phone or cell either. My wife kept all her appointments, and never failed to show up for them. We have good insurance, no outstanding bills. Im not sure what kind of games shes playing here but were not sticking around to find out. Ive seen a couple of other reviews here that state similar scenarios. With all we pay in healthcare, we deserve better. In our opinion, dont waste your time here and find a physician that doesnt play games with your heath and well being.

Deven Gary This is the BEST Primary Care Office I have ever been to or experienced! All staff from the Doctors to the Front Office go above and beyond to meet the needs AND wants of their patients. Patients are always roomed right at the time of their appointment and never have to wait more than a few minutes to see the Provider. Every single staff member genuinely cares and it is noticed! I HIGHLY recommend this office.

Michael Janes Had a Drs appointment on 2/14/25 had to reschedule due to a work meeting. Rescheduled for 2/19/25. Went in and used the kiosk to check in, said I dont have an appointment, so I went to the receptionist and she looked up my info and then to me to sit down and wait. 5 mins later office manager comes out and brings into a conference room to tell me Dr. Price has dropped me as a patient due to too many missed and rescheduled appointments. I told that the majority of my rescheduled appointments were due to scheduling conflicts with work and I only had 1 no call/no because I forgot. She said they mailed me a letter on 2/14/25 and here it is 2/19/25 still no letter. I also told her that I did not receive a warning, which I should have, because they never told that that was a policy. She agreed and then said "Im sorry but there is nothing else she could do". When asked about another Dr. In the office I was told no one else is taking new patients. I have been going there for 20 years and not once has anybody told me about such a policy. Also they never followed up with me about my last blood draw which shos signs of hypothyroidism. Very disgusted with them. Dont waste your time with them.

Sarah Ruby Staff and nurses and ER docs were friendly, compassionate and for us in quickly with a packed waiting room. Nurses did a great job with my 8 year old son who was not happy to be in the ER, getting his IV catheter and iv meds. Explained things not only to me but to him in a way he understood. Answered alll of his questions and he had a lot of them! Diagnosis was quick…4 starts because discharge took a long time but I know they were busy.

Laura Staubes I was there on an extremely busy night, stretchers in the hall, etc., but all staff remained friendly, very professional, moving because they were very busy, but not forgetting I was a human, in pain. I can say this for ALL staff I encountered that night....except for the CT tech who I felt was treating me like a piece of meat, not assisting me on/off the table, but roughly pushing/pulling me (despite severe abdominal pain and a history of back surgery). He went through the motions but I felt pushed, pulled, but NOT assisted, and cold personality. Otherwise, everyone was great, realistic about the delays, but they were truly doing as well as they could given the conditions Wed., 11/7/24 afternoon/eve and night. Thank you.

Patrick rastiello I arrived around 7:30 as a visitor from the Boston area where there is first rate health care and nurses actually loo professionally with pain scale 8 Obviously in bad pain. I registered and was triaged by Chris and then did not have a single person speak with me for 3 hours. We asked for an update and no one came out to talk to us. One waiting room person, Jeffrey, was throwing up on the floor. My wife a retired nurse asked for a blanket which took 20 mins. .Jeffery went into the treatment t room. No one ever came to clean the mess. Another man obviously mentally disturbed had his hands in his pants all night. No one came to talk to me. People who came after us were looked after first it took until midnight when I made a fuss to see if I was going to be looked at. The registration lady said she would get a nurse to come out. No one ever did. Finally at 12:45 I had enough even in my state of pain I had enough and said I was leaving and the registration lady had the audacity to say “Oh I think we have had a room for you. I gave her a piece of my mind So after 5+ hours we drove back to MA. Where I was looked at immediately at a local facility and got a diagnosis within an hour. So I give you a 0 no stars for the worst medical experience of my life. The employees looked scruffy and unprofessional and detached from any empathy to the patience waiting.

courtney So Ive been here a few times and every other time I was not treated as well as I was the past 2 days! It all started with the er nurse, melissa. She was completely awesome and never made me feel like a patient and made me feel so comfortable. And then when I went up for my OR prep and had panic attacks, every nurse, I wish i could remember the names of, did such a great job calming me down and making me laugh. Im very pleased with the crew I had taking care of me and if you can figure out who they all were from 9am november 7th to 10:30am November 8th, give them all a prize !

M Rodriguez My most recent visit was crazy. It took from 11 am through to 4 pm for me to be seen by a doctor. While waiting in the waiting room one of the xray techs was going to take the wrong person to x-rays. Its great that the caregiver was there and spoke up. I feel the techs should check the wristbands to confirm the name of the patients. Anyway, I was there from 11 am until about 9 pm.

Lethal Weapon Although, my longtime Dr. has since retired, my care remained seamless. I’ve been a patient for a very long time & highly recommend them! The office is clean & bright & wait times are short. They offer in-house bloodwork services so, you don’t have to go elsewhere. The staff are stoic yet professional & friendly once you get to know them. Their staff has gone above & beyond/out of their way; to get my meds, that need PRIOR authorization approved w/my insurance company. Requesting/refilling scripts is also easy/convenient; as are making appointments! I TRUST each & everyone there; that they have my best interests first & foremost when it comes to my health!

Deb Roberts I had been under the care of Linda lupo & Dr. Vounus’s for years. I was always treated with respect. I was always well cared for. Since Dr.Vounus retired, I was placed with Parth Patel. I just happen to be reviewing my Humana Medicare coverage from there I reviewed the most recent claims under review. I read that Parth Patel had been in review for a $250 claim dated 02/01/2023 my last office visit. It was a quick visit just to discuss medications. I was curious about that charge so I went to Auburn Primary care & asked the receptionist for a copy of his last office note with me. I was shocked! He document a full physical! Documented that he listened to my lungs and they were clear bilaterally he documented that he palpated my abdomen and it was soft and non tender, pedal pulses present x2, that I do not wear corrective lenses when I had them on each time and every time I had office visit, and so much more he documented that was completely false, he documented all the findings that one would expect after having a complete physical. Truth of that visit February 1st 2023 is, he entered the exam room, sat in a chair and we discussed my medications then he exited the room. He committed fraud, and I reported all of it to my insurance company and to government website regarding doctors that bill Medicare for services not rendered. An investigation is underway. What an insult and he calls himself a professional. I reported this to the practice manager, I was told I would be hearing from the administrators above her, still waiting. Dr. Vounus you are missed Debra Roberts

Finger Lakes Medical Urgent Care Center

Address: 303 Grant Ave, Auburn, NY 13021

Images reviews: Finger Lakes Medical Urgent Care Center

(74) Reviews Finger Lakes Medical Urgent Care Center:

Robert Murphy I’ve come to learn that the only care this “urgent care” has is how fast they can boot people out to an emergency room. Whether it’s sole laziness or lack of ambition to treat someone’s issues, this has to be a top 5 worst urgent cares to go to. You’re better off just going to an ER before even stepping foot here. Not to mention the doctor is rude, nurses find humor in someone being nervous, and their tone only changes once they’ve pushed someone to the point of tears.
1 /5
slim shady Receptionists were incredibly rude. snickering at me and making rude comments under their breaths as i told them my symptoms. It would be one thing if this just happened to me, but they did the same things to both my mother and father who were in recently as well. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NOT be returning no matter my issue.

shannan Bennett my mom had to bring my son into this office due to becoming sick while visiting them. Upon visiting everything seemed to go well. The staff called me and was wonderful obtaining my consent for my son to be treated, as well as gathering his health information. This is exactly where the wonderful patient care ended. Not only did the rude doctor keep talking over my mom, but he flat out refused to check my son for strep and told my mom she was wrong that his throat was not red. Even though this is the main reason he was being seen, as well as an elevated fever. He diagnosed my son with an ear infection he did not have. Which would have been okay, if he even prescribed the right medication dosage for him in the first place. My son was not weighed nor did they check his height. He prescribed an out of date treatment, as well as one that was not even strong enough to treat the ear infection he insisted my son had. No sooner did I get my son home and to his primary care, where they able to find out low and behold he did in fact have strep, his ears where never infected and The PA Duc NGuyen prescribed the wrong medication. My poor five year old had to go two days feeling like utter garbage because of this poor excuse of a care giver. I would never take anyone to this facility for treatment! As a person whos job is to help others, he did an absolute terrible job at it!

J A If I could give zero stars I would. This place is dishonest and unethical. They do not tell patients how much a visit will cost them at reception. Im 100% sure they are trained to do that. They made me believe a visit would cost around $100-$200 but they proceeded to bill me twice for 1 visit. One charge from the Doctor and one charge from Auburn Community Hospital. $500 total. I had a severe sore throat, they did a strep test then the doctor did nothing. Told me it would get better on its own then proceeded to bill me over $500 for a 15 minute visit. He also wanted to do a chest X-ray (for a sore throat???) which I declined. An X-ray probably would have been another few hundred dollars. Before you come here, make sure you know your insurance plan and what is covered! They certainly will not tell you.

N M Patients were lined up around the wall and it was packed in the ER waiting room. However, that had no effect on the excellent care provided by the nursing staff in the ER. Lily is superb at her job. Mo is amazing. The charge nurse too, though I cant remember her name. I expressed my concern about the delay in seeing my loved one, but she gently explained the difference between patients waiting on one side versus those on another. Under such circumstances, a little understanding and thoughtful explanation go a long way. I am amazed at the work these folks have to do, Day In/Day Out. Most amazing is that they do it with a smile, patience, care, and the utmost competence.

Charles Martin Brought my wife to the ER with all the symptoms of appendicitis. She couldn’t talk, barely breathe, extreme pain in her stomach and it moved to her lower right side. Well after 4 hours waiting in the waiting room, we left as there was no indication she was even gonna be seen in any time frame. Not sure what the priorities are here but people in far less pain that came hours later were given treatment first. Very unacceptable for an emergency department. No communication. No caring. Will never go back.

Michael White I am sorry but what I just experienced with my son after going to the ER when he hit his face and split his face/mouth open, I cannot just keep quiet. I brought my 5 year old son to the ER after he hurt himself, and the triage nurse took the shortest look I have ever seen on him and claimed he wasnt hurt that badly and wouldnt need stitches. I very respectfully suggested that I think he may just by looking at the damage, but she reassured the doctor would know for sure after examining him. So off we went to the waiting room to wait. The room was full of people, and hardly anyone was getting called in. Fast forward over 2 hours later and my sons face is still bleeding and no one has called us in. I ask to see how much longer we will have to wait and I am told the same response Im sure everyone else gets. He will be seen when a doctor is available. Not sure how much longer it will be. I have enough since my son is clearly injured and needs to be seen ASAP. I actually went next door to the childrens prompt care after hours since it was after 5pm at this point. They immediately see him and the doctor says that he will need stitches and the whole works. 5 stitches and over 5 hours later he is finally taken care of. I cannot commend the childrens hospital next door anymore, they were amazing. But Communitys emergency department is worse than a joke. They should be sued for malpractice. This wasnt just some young naive nurse making a bad diagnosis; this is clearly a hospital policy to decide what is deemed a real emergency or not and to limit what is actually considered an emergency. Im not sure if they are just lacking in staff but to leave a poor little boy waiting for that long with blood coming out of his face is absolutely terrible. I will never go there again and I highly recommend no one should ever take their children there. Go next door to the childrens hospital. Community is a joke. I want to consider filling a lawsuit on them for this. Completely deplorable.

F F Waited 5 hours in the waiting room with my 71 year old mother after she was brought in by ambulance for low blood pressure and high blood sugar level. They couldn’t care less so we walked out. They took people back to be seen that got there an hour after us for cold symptoms who were there chowing chips and belly laughing at videos on their phone. It’s easy to want to go here because it isn’t downtown and the ease of access but save your self the frustration and go to one of the other 3 hospitals. This place is a joke.

G Kahn Absolutely steller. These guys helped me out all along the way. Im joining the Peace Corps, for this I needed a dental exam and x-rays. Of course I waited until the last minute to get this done, called just about every dentist in NY state that took Medicaid only to find waiting lists stretching 5 months out. These guys managed to squeeze me in the next day. The receptionist even printed out the forms from the Peace Corps I needed. These forms were a lot of work to put on someone last minute, but Allison the dental hygienist and her assistant took care of them with no problem. The cleaning was thorough and well done. Everything went smoothly. These guys are life savers.

Saves multiple trips out and I’m guaranteed the results are seen promptly.

Nicholas McIntyre This is hands down the worst doctor weve ever had the displeasure of going to. My wife made an appointment with him because she wasnt feeling well and was having migraines. Instead of examining her he said "well ur having a panic attack and all your symptoms are due to anxiety" and then proceeded to call an ambulance to take her to the auburn er to get a CT scan. We proceeded to spend 10 hours in the er just for the er doc to finally tell us that she had a simple sinus infection something that could have been figured out in a 10 minute exam by doctor duckett if he cared to do an exam and not just write her off as a panic attack just because she was crying from the pain of her migraine. Doctor duckett has no bedside manner and does not care about his patients.

Darryl Clark The best physician in the area, hands down! It’s extremely hard to find a physician that actually cares about your well-being. I know it sounds crazy, but it’s true. He actually wants to help in more ways than he is actually capable of doing. This gentleman goes above and beyond for his patients.

Anthony Vanderwerff Would have gave a 0 but I have been out on an injury, er stated primary had to release me. I needed papers for disability signed, I was going through ortho, pt and still seeing duckette family medical. My ortho was filled out papers since I saw them but from the time I was out of er until the time I saw ortho had to be covered. This was a horrible experience trying to get them to fill out papers which they signed and added a note stating they never took me out. I had to fight with them to cover a 7 day period. Finally after they signed the note, they dropped me with no reasoning.

edward van tassell By far the worst office in town they never call you back, we called to set a appointment for our son with some slight concerns and without as much as a phone call the doctor took it upon himself to take him out of all activities at school and I now have to try to keep him from crying over it. The voice mailbox for the office says they are open until 6 on Thursday but they will not answer after 430pm. I am going to get my children into a different doctor and try to get them to undo the harm this office has done in time for my son to play with his team. Also for the record I have contacted 6 different offices including hospitals that all state he had no right to do this without seeing him or even setting a appointment first....

Rita Martinez Today was our first appointment at Summit Pediatrics. The front end staff were very kind and professional. The NP we saw was not in my opinion. She made me feel incompetent and brushed off my child’s rare disorder. A plastic piece to the ear and eye exam machine had fallen behind my child’s head and poked him in the head. Alls she said was “it’s not sharp.” Regardless of it being an accident that was not an appropriate response to a parent of a hurt child. Regardless of it not being sharp it made him cry and caused him pain. We will not be returning to this office due to this and I would not recommend anyone to go here based off that experience. Empathy goes a long way, especially to parents with newborns.

Tiff Both of my kids go to Dr Veronica and absolutely LOVE her. We used to see Dr Irri before he left and he was helpful and polite, but Dr Veronica is an entirely different energy. She is fun, sweet and knowledgable. She listens to our concerns, is up to date on modern medicine and really takes time to explain and educate. My daughter no longer cries at the doctor. We highly recommend Dr Veronica and her cool purple hair!

Addison Wilcox Never ever go to Dr.Lindsey she brushed off my child’s illness and refused to give her any type of medicine. Her back problems as well me and my child went in because she was having severe back pain and Dr.Lindesy just brushed it off as growing pains! I love Dr.Veronica but her schedule is always booked. I love the nurses, but Dr. Lindsey is not a good doctor!!!!

We are not like yall talking about time out no time out with this belt. How you call social services just because you let yours do what they want And I dont this doctor crossed the line I can see if I was abusing, then you call but because I chose to use a belt when there is NO LAW about choosing to use a belt! Matthew Ocean I recently ended up going to the ER at 9:30pm on a Thursday night. I was in excruciating abdominal pain, and seen after only waiting a half hour or so. While it took a while to get imaging done, the ER staff were all so kind and helpful. Doing what they could to try and relieve my pain and give me fluids. Once imaging confirmed it was my gallbladder, I was given an anti-inflammatory that helped immensely bring the pain down from a 10 to a 3. After a couple hours I was taken up to my official room and would be having surgery in the afternoon. Nursing staff overnight was so sweet, and checked on me often, but not too often where I couldn’t get some naps in. In the afternoon I was brought down to surgery and spoke with the surgeon, anesthesiologist, nursing staff, ER techs, etc. They explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Don’t remember a thing after being wheeled into the operating room. When I was brought to my room, once again the nursing staff was so amazing to me, up until my discharge the following day. To summarize. Crouse Hospital and staff really helped me so much in an emergency situation. Everyone from the doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, ER techs, medical technicians, nursing assistants, to even the sanitation staff and the staff who takes food orders were all seriously so incredibly gentle, caring, and sweet to me. No hyperbole, EVERY medical staff member treated me with the utmost kindness. I hope I don’t have to go to the hospital again anytime soon, but if I’m still in Syracuse, it’s Crouse. Thank you to everyone from the hospital who helped me.

Kerry Oliver Worst hospital ever. Staff fought and then walked out. Leaving a more shortage of staffing on top of being short staffed. Staff shortage to a point the nursey was "shut down". A nurse laughed at my response to a private situation, mind you this was not my first delivery! First situation! The Dr. didnt know my case, yet I was in your care! Very unsettling experience. I would never ever EVER choose this hospital. Nor recommend to anyone. There were some good people, but over all care was not what it should have been by any means. Very disappointed.

Brian meyers As for the hospital itself. The nurses and doctors are really nice. Never had a problem. Seem like they know what they are doing. My only complaint the security guard. We were bringing our mother to the hospital. We went in to get checked in. The one security guard was really rude and acting very intimidating toward myself , my wife and my sister in law. Would not allow all of us to go in the waiting room. The security could not even walk up to the window so we could hear what he was saying. But yet walked to the doors like they were going to come at us. This is not the first time when I have gone to crouse and seen this one security guard being rude and nasty to other patients or people going into the hospital to visit their family members. They need better security officers. No reason for the attitude.

Autumn Starr It is impossible to rate any hospital w 5 stars. But Ive had 20 surgeries, 15 major, so I know hospitals. They will never please everyone. Crouse does the best they can to make your stay pleasant. The best nurses that try not to wake you up at night while getting vitals and the cleaning staff that wipes down every surface imaginable. Even the cafeteria will go out of their way with your special requests. Oh and theres the doctors and Surgeons. The ones Ive dealt with are very good. Always good to look at all your options, near and afar. Learn as much as you can, read mayo and Cleveland clinic. Research where in the world do they perform this surgery the best. Get health insurance for peats sake. Dont use the Er like its your primary doctor. Get use to having to wait for every little tiny thing you want. Get family or friends to come in to help. Also most importantly you must be your own advocate. Fight for what you need. Whether it be an extra creamer or a pint of blood.

Brandon Nares I couldnt be happier with the care I received here today. I usually hate going to the Dr but todays visit was amazing. I was treated so friendly and I was able to utilize the new lab next door for the first time. The gentleman that drew my blood was a legend. Got it on the first poke and made me feel so comfortable. This place is really stepping up there game lately. Dont be afraid to give them a try!

Colleen Sollars I had a cleaning here today as a new patient. I have some anxiety about dental work, even a simple cleaning. The tech who did my cleaning and Xrays listened to me and took care to keep me comfortable throughout my visit. the office staff and dentist were friendly and helpful as well.

Emerson Bolha I’ve been coming to East Hill for almost a decade and I can’t stress how happy I am with their level of care. I’ve gone through a lot medically with them and they are there every step of the way. I currently see Ute and she is an absolute pleasure to see. In her visits she takes the time to get to know you and to see what’s going on. If needed, she refers you to a specialist; no problem at all. In addition to my medical needs, I also get dental cleanings / checkups. I’ve never had an issue with this either. Once again, if I need more specific care, a referral is made; no problem. I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews out here. East Hill is defiantly worth your time and money.

Alessandra Smith If I could give less than one star for their behavioral health services I would. Nicole was incredibly stigmatizing and flat out did not listen to me when I told her I was happy on my current medication. It was very clear that she did not think that “adult adhd is a thing” and so if you are seeking treatment for adult adhd DO NOT go here!

Paul Westfall I took my daughter to get checked up on in the emergency room. She was in tears because of a ear ache and vomiting. The whole time we were there, you could obviously tell they were less than enthused of our presence. They didnt process the insurance for my daughter. I had to follow up and make sure they did a few days later. They didnt send over the prescription for my daughters ear ache do to an infection. At the moment she cant hear out of her right ear. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Christian Stephanie (chii) I’m giving a 2* on behalf of my 50 year old Mother’s recent visit to the hospital on 1/26/24. She went because she fractured her tailbone. She stated that a “pretty and skinny nurse with brown hair” of Dorothy Elizabeth’s or a nurse in question, had dismissed my mom being in pain. Calling my mother a “BABY” before shortly leaving the room and my mother waiting for Dorothy (the doctor). Nobody should treat patients this way. My mom ended up not telling the doctor mainly feeling shocked in disbelief of it coming from the nurse and shut down emotionally, avoiding talking about it until coming home and telling me, her 30 year old daughter about it. This isn’t directed towards the doctor. Just the nurse who lead her to a room and completely dismissed her feelings of pain and called her a “baby”. How unprofessional and unsympathetic. She unfortunately doesn’t know the nurse in question. Just a brief description of her appearance hence the quotes.
