4 /5 Zachary Peterson: I have Crohns and see their IBD Clinic, and theyre amazing doctors and nursing staff. Dr. Park is wonderful and has great communication. They only take appointments on Tuesdays, though, which sucks and theyre a little slow if you need something like a medication since theyre only there on Tuesdays. One time I needed meds took over a week, but it depends on the doc, Dr. Park is definitely faster than the other residents at the clinic. Their pre-auth staff needs some work too, but thats almost every doctors office in the US. Dr. Park gets 5 stars and 4 stars for the rest of the clinic for their slowness, BUT theyre all great doctors.. PA Mereday(not the Clinic) is great as i saw her for several years before diagnosis of Crohns. The front office is pretty good too.
