From start to finish, every member of the team was professional, courteous, and positive. My hygienist was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough during my deep cleanings. She took the time to ensure my comfort while explaining everything along the way, making the process smooth and stress-free. My dentist was also kind, knowledgeable, and informative, providing clear explanations and making sure I understood my treatment options. The reception staff was equally impressive—prompt, polite, and efficient. Even though their schedule fills up quickly (which speaks to how great they are!), they always go the extra mile to call with cancellation openings for an earlier appointment. 5 /5 Fred: Dr. Nam Phan performed an extraction of a damaged post and crown on me Friday. The procedure went very well, he was particularly professional with the use of Novocaine, which I usually dread, but caused me very little pain this time. I was expecting to be in the chair for some time but I was done in about a half an hour. Very pleased with the results!
