5 /5 Hayden Fassett: I have brought both of my trucks (2004 & 2019) to them for anything either of them have ever needed. Regular maintenance, bad fuel lines, bad power steering lines, bad brakes and brake lines, bad wheel bearings, they took care of each job as they arose amazingly. They have a very professional and knowledgeable staff throughout the entire process. No question they always knock it out of the park and exceed my expectations every time!! After reading online reviews about All Car Care, we decided to give them a shot and wish we had found them sooner! They are such an efficient, honest and well run business! Someone always answers the phone promptly when you call; Appointments are always easy to make within a timely fashion; Service/repairs are always competed quickly and efficiently. And lastly the prices are honest and fair. Overall, we couldnt be happier with All Car Care and have recommended them to our friends and family members. We have had our vehicles serviced and maintained here since we moved to Cicero in 2017 and have never had anything less than a stellar experience on any visit. Of the many great experiences weve had there one in particular sticks out: My wife left her purse at home one day when she showed up for an oil change. First, they offered to give her a ride around the corner to our house so that she could retrieve it . It was a particular snowy day that day and when they arrived, Bob noticed that she would have some difficulty getting up the driveway so he plowed it out so that she could safely get to the door. Audacious customer service! They earned customers for life that day. Thank you!

The customer service is friendly, honest, trustworthy, and they warranty their parts. Work is typically done quickly (drop off at opening, done by end of work day). The shop always seems to be busy and it is easy to see why. Highly recommend.
