I had scheduled my vehicle for an oil change and inspection, but I had to cancel at the last minute and left a voicemail after hours. When I called a few days later to reschedule, I was pleasantly surprised that Kristin had already taken initiative to reserve the same day and time for me the following week. When the appointment came, the service was prompt, and I was in and out quickly. Truly appreciative of their thoughtfulness, efficiency, and proactive customer care!
