5 /5 Theresa Grower: The nurses and doctors and very nice and do there best to make you comfortable. Also I have never had to wait more than 5 mins to be seen when I arrive. And the place is always very clean. Good job to all the staff!!

5 /5 Julia Yardley: I would recommend this place for respect and timeliness! They got me in right away and were super kind and helpful. One of the PAs came in to see me right away and was super considerate and explained everything that she was going to test for. She went above and beyond with keeping me calm during the uncomfortable strep test and got me out as soon as she could!

5 /5 Robert Lane: Went Bassett Convenient Care today. Everyone from the Staff to the Doctor I saw were all so nice to me and these people deserve a five star from me. Im doing very well now thanks to them.

5 /5 Stephen Ames Berry: I was seen quickly and my ongoing infection treated. The caring and knowledgeable Convenient Care staff also determined that the antibiotic prescribed me by Albany Medical Centers ER was adversely interacting with my blood pressure medication. They switched me to a different antibiotic. My tremors and breathless vanished. Im now on the waiting list for a Bassett primary care physician.
