5 /5 joel strock: From beginning (helping me with my car I totalled) right through to quickly determining the damages of my new-to-me car with which I hit a deer nine days after buying, and getting the car beautifully repaired, New Country made sure I had correct expectations; then they exceeded them with fast, superlative service. They even returned my rental for me. But the real topper is that they installed the new window deflectors I bought for, but never installed on my previous Forester. Every person in that office is on top of her/his game, personable, helpful, effective and kind. Im so glad I have my car back! Thank you, New Country!
