5 /5 Nick B: Always heard good things about Northside Auto Body, when it was my turn to need some body work after an accident, Andrew and his team did not disappoint. Everyone was welcoming, had awesome communication and bent over backwards to make sure I got the best service. They did amazing work. The car looks better now then when i bought the car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

After getting into an accident—which was my first one ever—I was overwhelmed and had no idea what to do. But from the moment I called, they handled everything. They walked me through every step of the insurance process, explained what needed to happen, and even helped me get set up with a rental car so I wouldn’t be stuck without transportation. Their communication was incredible, and I felt truly taken care of. When I picked up my car, I was honestly blown away—it looked brand new. Shiny, spotless, and just beautifully done. Every little detail was perfect. You’d never know it had ever been in an accident. This team went above and beyond—not just in the work they did, but in how they made me feel supported throughout the entire process. 5 /5 Joe Harrington: After my brand new car was hit, Northside made the situation about as painless as possible. Jack and Andrew assured me my car would be returned to "pre-loss condition," including matching my paint, which concerned me. They did not disappoint. My car was returned to me as if it never happened, paint matching perfectly and all. In addition, the whole car came back detailed and polished, better than when I picked it up new. They did all the insurance communication and everything, so I cant thank them enough for a job well done.

5 /5 Drew Rafferty: Overall great experience from start to finish. Have already been talking Northside Auto Body up to a lot of people. The work was actually done a couple days sooner than originally promised which was great!!! As far as the interior and exterior detail goes, while appreciated, cant say I was sold on getting a detail there in the future. Still appreciated, especially since it was free. Still 5 stars all around, excellent customer service from kind and caring people. I hope to be returning for some paint correction in the near future. Thank you again Northside!!

5 /5 B J (gbombay40): Great people amazing service. I had hit a deer with my honda. My insurance suggested superior auto body in Montgomery. Superior told me they could fix my car in 2 months. I couldnt wait that long. I needed my car to commute. A friend suggested north side. Called they told me to bring it in the same day. They got my car fixed within a week and made the whole experience stress free. Thank you guys
