5 /5 Kelly Gerber: We had a great time at the TR Site. I called ahead to reserve the group tour time that worked for my family of three. I paid when I arrived to check in. Robert was a wonderful docent who led the tour through the site and video exhibits. I liked that the tour walked you through everything first and allowed you to go back through the rest at your own pace.

5 /5 April (clouddancer46): The Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site in Buffalo was a great experience. The tour lasted about 1.5 hours, and the guide was very knowledgeable. It covered Roosevelt’s unexpected inauguration after McKinley’s assassination. My 16-year-old really enjoyed it!

5 /5 Jenn Gingerich: We had a lovely tour that was packed with information and entertainment. There were a few interactive elements at the end. The tour guide was very honest about what they knew to be documented and what they did not know. Like other National Parks locations, there is a nice gift shop in the welcome area with gifts regarding the site, Buffalo in general, and some information books on Theodore Roosevelt. There is a coat drop off. They do not allow backpacks to be worn during the tour. You can leave them in the coat closet, or carry them in your hands. During the tour, there are a few opportunities to sit.

5 /5 Ingrid Hill: This is a very informative historic site. You will learn a lot about Theodore Roosevelt and his presidency. They use extensive multimedia technology to tell the story and make it very engaging for young and old visitors. The house is also lovely. Spend some time exploring the trivia games they are fun and you will learn things you didnt know. We arrived an hour early for our booking and were able to bump up to the earlier tour. 5 /5 Monica: Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and knew his facts. He made the tour exciting and personable. I would highly recommend stopping for a quick history of why Teddy Roosevelt chose this house to be inaugurated at and why he became the 26th president; and there is also incredible plaster work, beautiful fixtures, furniture, and history from the time period.
