4 /5 Cynthia F: From the moment I walked in to the ER I noticed how quickly and efficiently the staff work together to triage and get you seen. My nurse, Maggie, was phenomenal! Most of the techs (in the burgundy scrubs) were socializing and very loud but the nurses dedication to patient care was evident. The doctors made me feel heard and cared for. Only cons were the inconsiderate techs laughing and carrying on loudly while patients were scared and in pain and the wait for the MRI was extremely long, I arrived at about 1:15pm was discharged at about 10pm. Overall wonderful caring staff. I received fantastic care.
