5 /5 ROSA GARAGATTI: I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. Two weeks ago, I had to bring my senior father in after he had a fall. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, Johanna and Wendy, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and warm. They efficiently helped us with registration and ensured that my father was comfortable while we waited to see the doctor.
When we were called in, Dr. Mayer was attentive, personable, and patient with my father, making him feel genuinely cared for. He ordered X-rays to rule out any serious injuries. Nurse Amelia was also wonderful, making us feel at ease during the entire process.
When my father needed to undergo the X-ray, the radiology team—Corey, Curtis, and Fernando—was exceptional. They were all extremely patient and kind, ensuring my father was comfortable. This team at WPH Armonk truly provides outstanding care, and we are grateful for their professionalism and compassion.
