Unique Salon but more specifically Josie is my new hair stylist. I wont be going anywhere else, very happy here.

alfonso gomez I hadn’t had a haircut in 4 years and my wife suggested going to Josefina for a trim. I was very hesitant but once i got on the chair Josefina helped me through the whole process and helped me select a cut that would still help me keep some of my long hair and yet be trimmed enough to keep it manageable. Mi Name The place was clean and the haircut was adequate. I made a 5:15 appt. for myself and one for my daughter right after mine; I wasnt sure what time we would get there as we were both coming from work. I ended up getting there around 5. As Im getting the haircut, the salon personal makes a comment to me about making a 5:15 appt instead of 5 and how they wanted to call me to come earlier because it was more convenient for them. Seriously?? I need to be on your time schedule not mine?? It felt as if this person was completely annoyed that they had to come in to work and cut hair; it was very uncomfortable. As we get to the end, I was asked if I wanted my hair curled or flat-ironed, but the tone and the attitude made me say no as I felt as if I was just in the way and wasting this persons time. My daughter felt the same way and could not wait to leave; she also declined curling or straightening. We just wanted to get out of there. Very sad experience.

Destiny Cookus Ive been coming to see Jessica since she opened the collaboration room and she is a FANTASTIC hair person all around. Shes done cuts & colors and everytime I leave feeling so happy about my hair. If I cant get an appointment with her I will try to see Beth who is also very good at her job! Cant recommend them enough!

Van Denisovich On Friday the 27th, I called in at the last minute for a haircut and color. Nora was kind enough to take the job. I came in around 5pm and we spoke on a light soft look on gray highlights and a root touch up follow by a haircut with layers. She did explain it would be a while, but she didn’t realize it would have taken a few hours “bless her heart”. I want to thank you Nora for the hard work and time you put into caring for the look I was trying to accomplish and not taking the easy way out in this challenging time. Jesus Pachicano Low the staff here! Theyre always very welcoming. I come in every 2 weeks and get me out within 20 to 30 minutes every time. My favorite part is that they wash your hair after your hair cut and style it to ensure you dont go home with hair all over you, unlike most places. Would highly recommend

Mariola Do not get your haircut by Serena, she messed up my hair pretty bad. I asked for a pretty simple haircut and my hair got butchered. A little above the shoulder cut and straight across, no layers nothing extra special or hard to do. Yet my hair is uneven is so many places, I wanted to warn others so they don’t have their hair messed up like mine. I did reach out to her and let her know, she did refund my money and offered to fix it but I can’t take that chance again since I can at least put it up for now and hide it until I can find someone who can actually fix it.

Olivia Shaw I red review before choosing this Salon, yet absolutely disappointed, I requested coloring coffee red solon and hair cut, yet the color comes out the top just whole black and the end shows a little red, and I asked why the color had so big difference, she said because the hair color change is normal, like I had never do hair solon before, if she couldnt make my hair color matches, why I chose you to do the color. And the hair cut also not what I expected, not professional and I totally understood on Sunday why I was the only guest there.

I have long, curly hair and i am always so afraid of going somewhere new because i end up with a triangle haircut. But i never wanna go back to the person again so its been a long time trial and error! Not with Bee! First off, the scalp massage was incredible. Second, she explained what she was doing every step of the way so i felt so comfortable in her hands. My hair turned out great. NO triangle. Beautiful layers. Sheala Vast-Binder My whole family goes to Katelyn at Beautiful Hair, and we love her! She is an excellent hair stylist with a warm and caring manner. I change my hair a lot, and Katelyn is terrific at helping me decide what I want to do each time. My 20-year old can be hard to please when it comes to his hair, and she does a great job giving him what he wants. And Katelyn updated my husbands hair style in a way that pleases us both. If youre looking for a great stylist with great personality, I highly recommend Katelyn!

She was very attentive and took her time and the interest to find out exactly how I wanted to have my hair cut. At the end, she gave me a mirror to see the back of my head and asked if I wanted her to make any adjustments or cut it shorter. She is very professional and personable! Emma Walters I cannot stress enough how magical Carly Burns is as a stylist and colorist. Not only does she have excellent attention to detail, but you can tell simply by how she moves that she’s an incredibly considerate person, always aware of your needs even before you are. Hair can be a frustrating thing to deal with, but when Carly’s through with it, you remember that it can be also be very rewarding. She’s the only one who’s been able to get my hair to my favorite shade of red, a color long discontinued. Going to see Carly is a major treat in my life, one I can seldom afford to do though I wish I could fervently. When I do go see her though, I know I’m going to have a great day and leave feeling like myself again.

tippi reddy I went for hair color and blow dry I am very disappointed because they charged me extra 35$ just I asked to add shine to my hair, I believed them so to apply something special licensed product. They said only salons have license for the product they used. But later I came to know it’s just 9$ for( Goldwell dualness intensive conditioning serum). It’s very atrocious. Things like this make us lose faith in people. Please be vigilant and study and research the each and every product they use and their worth before believing these people working at the salon.

The only reason i did not rent a suite here is because it’s far from where I live. I will definitely consider this suite in future!

Claire Higginbotham Beware! I called the stylist Gaby for a quote. She said she charges anywhere from $125 to $200, depending on my hair. When I arrived she then said it would be $280 for a partial highlight. For reference, my hair is only a little past my shoulder in length. I told she I could only spend $200, per our conversation. She said okay. Then as I went to pay, she then stated that it will now be $230. I asked why and she said it’s because she didn’t mix enough product the first time. I then had no choice but to pay this amount. This is a very dishonest way of running a business and she should be ashamed of the way she runs her business. Oh, and she never even offered to curl or style it. I walked out with semi damp hair. I went straight home afterwards. FYI, it’s been 2 weeks and my hair is fried! I can barely brush it. I’m almost 50 and have never had this happen to my hair.

Isadora Jenkins Gaby is excellent here. Ive been going here for almost two years, and I always leave so happy with my hair. She is so adaptable with your hair. I used box dye before I came to her, and she was able to transform my hair completely. She gives tips on maintaining your color and overall hair health, and she has so many unique products to make your hair healthier, more toned, etc. Every appointment has felt so comfortable because Gaby gives the best service.

Diana Day Jen is amazing! Ive moved away from Mckinney and gone to other hair stylists, but always come back to Jen for a reason. Every time she does my hair, I leave with my new favorite hairstyle. Its not often you can find a hair stylist that can do your hair so well each time that you leave totally content. I love going to Jen, knowing Ill never have to get my hair redone or fixed. Ive gone to her for years now, and would recommend her to anyone! She does well with what you give her or when you tell her to do what she thinks will look great. I completely trust her. Madison York I walked in and there was no wait time. Lauren did my haircut. I showed her multiple inspo pics of layers for straight hair. She took her time and made sure to get both sides even and to my taste. She was reassuring me throughout, letting me know how much she was taking off before cutting and it was overall a great experience. Would definitely come back.

Yessenia Chavez Horrible experience. Irresponsible place of business. Go elsewhere for a spiral perm. Heavyset blonde hair lady claims to know but she doesn’t. I had a supermarket bag placed on my hair to hold the chemicals from my face. End result was uneven unprofessional and definitely not curly. When complained about the end result, was told there was nothing they can do. She’s rude. She will damage your hair and then say there’s nothing she can do. No refund. Horrible customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere for hair work.

ashley booth Today was my first time to come to this salon. I needed a haircut because it had been awhile since I had been able to get in somewhere. Most salons these days only do appointments and its harder to book weeks in advance. Long was my stylist and he did an amazing job. I definitely recommend. I will be back to see him.
