5 /5 Van Denisovich: On Friday the 27th, I called in at the last minute for a haircut and color. Nora was kind enough to take the job. I came in around 5pm and we spoke on a light soft look on gray highlights and a root touch up follow by a haircut with layers. She did explain it would be a while, but she didnāt realize it would have taken a few hours ābless her heartā. I want to thank you Nora for the hard work and time you put into caring for the look I was trying to accomplish and not taking the easy way out in this challenging time.
