Christy Dixon I cant say enough about how grateful I am to have found my primary doctor. It’s rare to find someone who not only provides excellent medical care but also truly listens and genuinely cares on a personal level. From the first visit, I felt understood and supported in a way that goes beyond the typical patient-doctor relationship. This connection has been invaluable in my journey to better health, and knowing I have a doctor who sees me as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms—has made all the difference. I highly recommend anyone looking for a compassionate, attentive, and insightful primary care provider to look no further than Dr Megan DeLiberato!!

Tony STJulian My wife took me to the ER in the middle of the night. It was a great experience from check in with Christine to my nurse Joyce and another nurse I cant remember her name. The CT tech was kind and helpful. The RT guy was great in explaining my breathing treatment. Dr Reed was great! He explained everything well and made me feel at ease. Thanks to all!

Diane Perez Very disappointed. I spent 4 hours in the Emergency room. Then I was taken back and stayed 4 days in the Emergency Room with no room to be moved to. It was horrible! You have to do better at putting sick people in rooms. 4 days is far too long to keep a person in an ER room due to lack of rooms. Move them to a different hospital. Do not allow them to be sick and stay in small rooms such as the ER

Betty Mendoza I am from Wichita Kansas went to Austin to visit my son in Vacation. I got very sick. I end up in the ER,I went into the ER the 01/01/of January 2025 with Pneumonia the moment I walked in they greeted me with a nice personality. Everyone In the ER hospital were very nice to me I stayed there one night they took care of me very well until the time I was dismissed nurses all the staff doctors on the ER to the hospital. They were all amazing. I will recommend this hospital anytime to anyone if they need to be seen. I give it a five star.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for everything and taking care of me and amazing Care.

Anthony Dalton The receptionist was unfriendly, but helpful. The doctor has his own agenda for the meeting, and never asked me about the issues I needed addressed aside for some referrals. He didnt listen and didnt care. The check out staff was helpful and friendly, as was the lab tech.

Mike Atallah Good reception but there was no one to check me out. The doctor and his assistant were fantastic. I was invited to skip the line on arrival by doing something on my phone. Please stop going around humans. Human interaction is essential to the survival our species. Waiting in line is fine and much better than robot check-ins.

Julie Winter I just had the best experience here! I needed a sonogram and X-ray and my new dr is in this network. Scheduling was easy enough and I got in quickly. The over the top amazing part started in the parking lot. The garage is close to both buildings and has plenty of spots for visitors that are clearly marked. The receptionist was friendly and comfortably professional. After a very short wait I was taken back with again, a comfortably professional sono tech. By “comfortably professional” I mean focused on me and the task at hand yet friendly and engaging in our conversation and setting my expectations. The same was true with the X-ray tech. I noticed on the walk between the two areas how incredibly clean the entire building was. A hospital, in the post-pandemic labor shortage immaculate? The floor, the walls, the baseboards, the furniture was all pristine. Don’t get me wrong, In general, I want to avoid ever coming here again however if I need hospital services, this is my pick!

The arrival of my baby, ADYUTH on [02/19/2025] was made all the more wonderful thanks to the compassionate, skilled, and supportive team who were by my side. From my initial check-in to my discharge, every member of the staff I encountered demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to patient well-being. The birth of a child is a momentous occasion, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had such a positive experience at [st Davids]. Tim Krenz Currently spending my 1st night at St. David’s North in the postpartum unit with my wife and my newborn. So thankful for the well equipped staff of nurses, doctors, and other medical professionals who helped delivered a happy, healthy baby. What I don’t understand, is that while I’m writing this at 11:34 pm, there is significant, live construction underway next to my room. There is a group of construction workers listening (and singing) to music and constructing / deconstructing scaffolding and completing other projects. While I knew I wouldn’t get much sleep tonight, I didn’t think it would be because of a construction crew working indoors at midnight at a hospital?

AL B I recently had surgery here, this was the best experience I’ve ever had. They made it quick and easy to get ready and prepped for surgery in the ambulatory care department and I was very nervous but everyone from the nurses to the doctors were so kind and reassuring that everything would go perfect. When I woke up in recovery they kept me warm and helped me with what I wasn’t able to do yet on my own. I just really feel like everyone there was extremely kind and professional. My OBGYN even held my hand as I was going under they are angels on watch committed to truly helping their patients. So happy I was at this hospital and truly it’s the only one I’m comfortable with going to.

Courtney Renteria This is my second time going here to have a baby and we came a 2nd time because it was great the first time in 2021. This time around all nurses, doctors, pediatricians, etc were all amazing and everyone showed so much hospitality. The attentiveness from everyone from the postpartum team was amazing. The 2 nurses I had in the delivery room were incredible woman, great to talk to and were really good at answering all questions and attentive to what was needed. I am grateful to have had 2 very good birth experiences at this hospital and if there is to be a third Id definitely be delivering here again.

Chris Pardo I had a positive experience at St. Davids Emergency Room on the night of February 25, 2025. Despite the unfortunate circumstances that led me to the ER, I was impressed with the care and professionalism I received. PA Traci Permenter and Dr. Danielle Pilarte were fantastic. They quickly stopped the bleeding in my ear and took the time to explain what had happened. They were thorough in their assessment and reassured me during a stressful situation. I felt well taken care of and confident in their expertise. Additionally, the person signing in patients was friendly and efficient, which helped ease my anxiety as I arrived. The whole team made a potentially stressful visit much more manageable, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail and compassion. Thank you for providing excellent care!

Jason Roberts Ive been dealing with complex wounds for over a year. I have been hospitalized 10 times at other hospitals. My wounds have never improved until Hillary, the wound care therapist at Cornerstone, started treating me. She is exceptional with cleaning my wounds and dressing changes. She even checks in daily to make sure Im not having any issues with the wound vac or the dressings. Hillary has been the best therapist out of the numerous others that have treated my wounds! The staff, nurses and techs have been great to work with. They always take care of my needs and even my wants. I also want to praise the food service staff. They have been exceptional! Working with me daily to go over my options for the following day. They already know my preferences and take care of my dietary needs and wants.

Dan Hamilton I was a patient at Cornerstone for a little over two months. As many have noted, the staff make you feel like part of the family, going out of their way to thoroughly and thoughtfully care for you. So many people to shout out from house supervisors Katherine, Susan, Flor, and Lynette, nurses Daniel, Courtney, Stefano, Bianca, Gibson, and Nicole, wound care nurses Hilary and Julia, CNAs Wanda, Bella, and Alfredo, to therapists Jim, Thea, Janell, and Kim, plus many more, including the wonderful housekeeping and food service staff. Additionally, huge thanks to my case manager Jessica and the great team of nurse practitioners who advocated for me with my insurance to get me into the next level of care I needed to get back to my life. The facility is clean, the food is excellent, and the staff are top notch. I wouldn’t be as far along in my recovery without the people of Cornerstone, and I unreservedly recommend it to all in need.

Tracy Mateo UPDATE My mother was assaulted at this location a year ago today. We chose Cornerstone because they took great care of my grandfather. My mom is around 115 pounds and on dialysis. Because she wouldn’t lay down A very large woman flipped her on her head and slammed her down like a wrestler. This was in front of several members of staff. My mother was at this location for less than 48hrs. When my family arrived we immediately called 911 and EMS. She was hallucinating due to being given an anxiety medication she was allergic to INSTEAD of her pain medication. They knew she was allergic to the medication and didn’t check her chart and gave it to her anyway. She had left the hospital to recover after her heart stopped and for wound care. My mother is only 53 and able to advocate for herself. Staff were extremely rude and gave her horrible food. Police had to step in when staff laughed while wound care staff tried to snatch the machine off her leg. The room was dirty, the bed was also broken and the head of the bed didn’t go up. Dialysis patients Need to be propped up so the fluid don’t run up. This is why my mom would stand and sit up all night. She called me for help because staff wouldn’t respond and the phone didn’t work in the room. She’s very hard of hearing and they did nothing to help communicate with her. Avoid this place. When I reported this to the house supervisor she offered no help. I also spoke with a man over this company and he didn’t help either.

Master Design Sat in my room for 5 hours with no updates on procedure I was waiting for. Nurses did not respond to call button. Even a request to speak with the charge nurse was ignored. My IV bag ran dry and calls were ignored regarding it. Highly recommend against this facility. Understaffed, unorganized and completely unprofessional. Follow up post visit: I waited 4 days for my procedure and when it finally came the equipment malfunctioned and the procedure did not proceed as expected by the doctor. I sat in the hospital and waited for my procedure accruing fees the whole time. Definitely recommend against this facility.

Dan Scott Complex operation with bilateral total knee replacement. First incident occurred during initial stage of second knee. Saw broke. Protocol kicked in immediately and handled everything smoothly, but time was extended by 2 hours. Second and third incident occurred because of way the staff managed urination/bowel movements. They placed a commode chair, with bucket removed, above toilet to lessen distance to the seat. Unfortunately they used an extremely small commode chair that made it impossible for me to void bladder or bowels. Subsequently I had to be catheterized twice, a very painful procedure. Final incidents were food service failures. My orthopedic surgeon had stressed the need for high fiber / low bread diet to minimize constipation. Despite repeatedly expressing this concern, it wasn’t until I refused “regular diet” meals delivered to me that I was able to have this addressed. In general the hard working professionals at Seton are the best in the Austin metroplex. We simply are over stressing and overwhelming these dedicated people.

Crystalle Battistoni Excellent care given from every medical professional I encountered during my pre-op, surgical team and post-op. Even the administrative staff was very kind and respectful. I knew I was in good hands and could trust I was receiving the best care. I’m only deducting one star due to the facilities. The room I stayed in overnight was too small for a family member to stay with me and even too compact for the nurses to move around freely. It was certainly and old room but big picture- who cares? I survived.

Brianna Light-Sifford I owe a lot to this ER and this hospital. They have saved three family members of mine now over the span of 4 years. Two heart attacks (one which a family member coded from that was 81 at the time and they worked on him for 38 minutes before getting pulses back, and must’ve been some high quality CPR because now three years later, he has zero deficits). Most recently my other 59 family member and the ER saved her from an impending heart attack as well. This is a hospital I trust with the people I love and they just keep on proving why.

Janice Sampson Most ERs are busy - I get that. However, the triage area was cramped and dirty. Because they didnt have any beds available - my husband sat in the waiting room with a catheter that he was bleeding into. Once he got a bed - we waited for almost 40 minutes until I went and found a nurse to assist - when she showed up, she said "whats up"! REALLY!!! I had to explain to the nurse what was going on - she seemed clueless. Very disappointing - the entire ER needs a complete overhaul!!

BR I made the decision to go to St David’s ER South Austin when I wasn’t feeling ok. I felt confident that they would leave no stone unturned in an effort to discover if what I was experiencing was something major or minor. From the time I walked into the ER I knew I had made the right decision. I had considered a satellite 24 hour clinic but decided on the ER knowing they had all the equipment and personnel there to do anything and everything necessary to find what was going on. I knew I was in the hands of an amazing group of people who take what they do seriously and show great concern. They were professional, empathetic and engaged…gentle and kind. They were comforting and reassuring. These nurses and doctors are swamped much of the time and in the trenches but their dedication shines through always with a smile. I had so much respect and appreciation for everyone involved. I was kept overnite in the ER until they had a room that I occupied for one night and released the next day after seeing the on call doctor who followed my care from beginning to end. The care I received until I left the hospital was exemplary. The nurses, the techs and the on call doctors couldn’t have been more accommodating and professional. Everything they did was with warmth and a smile…effortlessly. They “dug” and “dug” leaving no stone unturned and so grateful for all of it. Since then I have had to make a couple of calls to follow up with questions I had about the services I received and I get the same reception, concern and exemplary service. It’s been a month since my discharge and a day doesn’t go by that I do not think about the experience and care I received from everyone at St David’s. Thank you.

Helen The work by all team members involved was above reproach, except that I was there for 17 hours after an MRI waiting for the doctor to talk to me, still dressed and ready to walk out the whole time. His slow response caused me to be in the hospital taking up a room someone who really needed it could have used, and cost me (well, my insurance company and then all of us eventually) thousands of dollars unnecessarily. Without insurance it could have put me in financial hardship for the rest of my life. Doctors should keep that in mind too, in their overall care package.

The procedures in place to prepare me for surgery were fully explained, making them easy to complete successfully. Post-op procedures made it easy to return to my own clothes. Jesse Chaco I passed out at work... didnt know why... what was wrong with me... perhaps because I was sick... perhaps it was one of my already existing health conditions. I didnt know it at the time baut I had covid... which as I mentioned before my health condition already wasnt the best so it made it much worse. Did that prevent them from looking into every possible means to pinpoint why this was happening and what they could do to fix it, no, even after knowing I had Coivd, they tirelessly aimed to find out how I was being affected by this and that I wasnt left with permanent, lasting, negative effects. Everyday I was met with trained perfessionals, going over the plan of attack for the new day. I was very appreciative of how thorough and determined they were to explore any options I had prior to discharge, toward me leaving there with a better understanding of what happened to me and how I can avoid it in the future. And the nurses, techs, charge nurses, respitory techs, all these friendly, down to earth, kind individuals who i saw the most during my 5 day stay were amazing. Always checking in on me making sure I was ok and never leaving without asking if there was anything else they could do for me. They were amazing. I didnt like passing out and being taken to the hospital, Im probably not going to like the bill incurred from this visit, but I will forever be grateful for everything that Dell Seton Medical Center did for me and all the kindness they showed to me during this difficult situation. I know its something i kept saying while i was there but i really did mean it... Thank you guys sooo much!!!

Jorge Rodriguez Very frustrating experience, I arrived at 12 noon with dehydration and an acute viral condition, I live an hour from the city, I had to wait 12 hours to be seen by an intern who inquired about my symptoms, but then everything changed when the main doctor arrived with an imposing character without taking into account my history and symptoms... It is a lack of respect that they have for patients and that they discharge them after so long without even a bag of serum, without results and without information about the treatment given.

Claire Lane Horrible and horrifying experience. Wheelchair bound patient made to sit in wheelchair for over 5 hours and when he became faint was allowed on the linoleum floor with a sheet no pillow, for over another hour. This did cause a wound, 5 days in ICU and then made to leave within 48hrs of being in hospital room. No responsibility for the wound, no awareness of wheelchair needs. PICUS may last a lifetime. Please beware of this hospital, consider being here it a potential death sentence. My son could have died from this negligence. No lawyer will take an emergency room case, they can and do do anything they want.

You will not get it here me They will roll you to the curb at 3am and make you get out the wheel chair, Im serious. It didnt happen to Me but I witnessed it. I had medication for nausea and pain within the hour and the nurses in the ER were very nice. I was moved and stayed a couple of days on the fourth floor where many nurses came and went all off them were very nice and took great care of me. Abby and Gwen really took time for me and treated me like a person not just a patient. I didnt catch the night nurses name I wish I had to mention them both they were so sweet and I felt very safe and cared for. So glad we decided to drive straight to the ER which put my mind at ease knowing it was only bad bruising. Thank you to the excellent staff.

Yana Carstens Love the quality of doctors and nurses there. The office staff is highly disorganized and shockingly incompetent. Shockingly. Most recent experience was that I was scheduled for a lab the next day after visiting my physician only be told that there are no labs after I arrived. Can happen, sure, a faux pas, no biggie. It happened twice. Same thing the year before. The worst part, no remorse, or any show of consideration for a patients/clients waste of time. Just a dry offer to reschedule for the next day…

Han Nguyen Dr. Lal is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I’ve ever had, she is so genuine and takes the time to get to know her patients beyond the medical condition. I really love how personable she is and how she takes every concern I have seriously and educates me to address my concerns instead of dismissing them like other doctors I’ve had. I genuinely feel like she has my best interest in mind and expresses and demonstrates her passion really well in her patient care, demeanor, communication, and more and by doing so, facilitates a very comfortable environment for honest communication which is so essential for a patient-doctor relationship and gold standard patient-care.

Eric Plummer Honestly due to my medical condition I had to pay $105 for transportation to the appointment with my daughter, she missed half a day of school, and the only thing it was for was a referral that we never finished receiving. The doctor was told the reason for the appointment as well beforehand and she immediately started the appointment with "I dont work with that, let me give you a referral." When we left we were unable to get the referral sent because "the system was down." We were then told we would receive a call for the referral, but it has been days now with no word, and just like the sleep study I was supposed to receive I assume that it will also never happen unless I call in multiple times to get it done. My insurance was charged, and I have a copay for an appointment that could have been online, over the phone, or even a email. In the end I have no referral for my daughter though, and I am going to have to call into a call center where there will be further delays because of the web of bureaucracy involved with this sort of thing now. Doctor Lal is a good doctor, and the fault doesnt really lie with the receptionist either, but BS&W is getting worse as the years go on.

MI F My experience with the OBGYN department was profoundly negative and the worst I have encountered in any medical facility. As an African American Woman , I was having issues that are commonly looked ovee in the medical field. I decided to give UT a chance because of the diversity and its UT. I will never return! I had multiple bad experiences with this facility. Nurses apparently forgot or didnt know HIPPA laws, they had technical difficulties and my appointments along with other patients was cxl and we did not receive calls to reschedule, my doctor never checked me not one time while seeing him. He basically ask me two or three questions and read off my medical records from my old.OBGYN. However he wanted to assure me that my health would be taken seriously bc I was AA and he understands the unfair treatment. That was a lie, he fell right into the category of those doctors. Oh, and if your try to get in contact with your doctors , good luck! I left multiple messages that never got returned when I was having an emergency, I just went to the ER. When I needed to speak to a my doctor or nurse , I had to call different departments and basically get aggressive just to get transferred to a live person and not the VM. My advice, do you research and dont feed in to the UT Hookem Horns. This facility is not the business l would recommend.

Fati Fa I had an appointment with Dr Aman Mittal and it was the worst experience I have ever had with an ophthalmologist. He seemed like he didn’t really know much and he seemed unexperienced and he kept repeating I don’t know to any question I asked. He barely provided any details to me and when I asked what is the solution he said depends on how much money you want to spend!! Which is a very strange answer for an eye doctor. So, I now have to see another ophthalmologist. That visit was a waste of money and time.

Michael M This is a very nice facility and is well kept and clean. Impressed. Definitely recommended for procedures. They also have a very kind and professional staff. It’s nice that there is an H-E-B pharmacy inside that has lots of snack and drink options for.

Max Chamoun I am writing this on behalf of my partner whose experience with UT Healths OBGYN department has been frustrating and disheartening. She had an IUD placed in March. A few months later, she began experiencing pain. In a follow-up appointment, they discovered via ultrasound that her IUD had been improperly placed. They also discovered that, due to the shape of her uterus, an IUD should never have been an option. I understand that this situation is relatively rare, but we found it frustrating that she was never evaluated or informed of this risk and that we had been operating under the assumption that wed been protected for over 5 months. And to make matters worse, she was told her ultrasound was covered by her insurance, then received two separate bills totaling >$300 that rolled in as late as two months post-procedure. So we were back to square one and with nothing to show for it but unnecessary pain and medical bills.

Jane Armstrong I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Sure, the building is pretty, but the experience of receiving "care" here is atrocious. I moved to Austin from another state 18 weeks into my pregnancy. From the moment I arrived I was badgered to pay for services I had not yet received from a physician I had not yet met. Prenatal care is billed as a global fee package and I was being told that I needed to pay on my first visit to this practice in order to save something like 38% off the package deal. Very off-putting. Then I was taken back to my exam room by a very lackluster MA. Waited for a while to be seen by a physician with awful bedside manner who was accompanied by an awkward resident from the medical school next door. I wont mention names here as Ill write a separate review for the terrible interactions with this MD but suffice it to say, if youre looking for warm, compassionate prenatal care, KEEP SHOPPING. This outfit is a "lipstick on a pig" practice. You can have all the modern lighting fixtures and midcentury furniture you want, but if you dont have good people working for you, youre worthless.

Lauren Musante I had an excellent experience at this facility. It was easy to schedule an appointment, the front desk staff was really kind, check in was a breeze, and I was seen by my doctor on time without having to wait past my appointment time. The facility is clean and bright, I felt really at ease the entire time I was there, and my doctor genuinely listened to me without making me feel rushed or unimportant. She was smart and friendly, but still so professional. This is my new permanent facility and doctor moving forward!

James-N atx My doctor has been my Primary Care Physician for years, and I was pleased to follow him from his old practice to One Medical. The entire process of making appointments and obtaining information has been streamlined and made easy to manage through their online presence. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, the office is bright and cheerful while maintaining the dignity of a professional business. Dr. Alward is most definitely an asset to this group, and I hope to continue the relationship for years to come.

Stacey Lemire I used the telemedicine portal for the first time today. The NP who took my appointment, Therese James, was a great listener, compassionate in her responses and explained everything in terms that I could understand about my symptoms. I really appreciated getting an immediate appointment because my own doctor, while available to me, was not open until much later in the day. This was a win/win for me! Thank you, One Medical.

Abby Coleman I have been a One Medical patient for years. I tried to move to this South Austin location because it was more convenient to my house. After my 20 minute appointment (supposedly an annual physical!), the doctor said she was actually full and could never see me again. When I was upset that I had wasted my time at this visit, she told me to take it up with One Medical. As if it had nothing to do with her. Who is One Medical? Not the doctor who I was sitting with. I guess One Medical is an app. And the app doesn’t provide any care. So I don’t recommend spending the money on the membership for 20 minutes a year with doctors who are too busy and are phoning it in.

Jordan Dickenson I absolutely love the people who work here and all the wonderful service I receive. Ive been a patient here for about five years, and Jessica has been my provider. She is absolutely wonderful! Shes worked with me on multiple issues, and is so friendly and caring. Ive never experienced an issue trying to contact the front desk for an appointment, or trying to reach my provider with a question or refill request. I wholeheartedly would recommend this office.

Vyctorya Gumfory Sana is the absolute best! She has changed my life. I went in expecting to be treated just like any other doctor has treated me which is subpar. With my first appointment it was face-to-face and she really listened to all of my history and my concerns. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family. She really is such a great psychiatrist. Also, through their app I am able to message her and she gets back to me every time within 24 to 48 hours. I highly recommend, she really is amazing.

Michele Simonich My personal experience at GAP has been nothing more than stellar. Everyone at the office is very accepting, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. They use a holistic approach and they treat you as an individual not just another patient. I have worked with and attended different psychiatry offices in my career, and this has been the first one I have had clients feel immediately comfortable and cared about during their mental health journey. I have referred many clients to Greater Austin Psychiatry and they have been very happy with their care. Highly recommended!

Alexandra Hjort I began seeing Sana Powell for medication management in September. She is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. She carefully weighs and explains the pros and cons of any proposed medications to ensure were choosing the right one and is sure to answer all of my questions. She has quickly responded to any messages I left her on the portal and has even reached out directly to the pharmacy multiple times to clear up any issues. I would absolutely recommend her!

Rob Jimeno Terrible experience with these providers. Unable to communicate with them, all messaging is done via a third party app which they probably don’t check, the front office never picks up the phone unless you call 6 times, if you need a refill in a timely manner then good luck, been waiting for mine for a month and a half but they are quick to schedule you for sessions to get your money without you getting your care. Don’t use this clinic, go somewhere else, believe what everyone is saying.

Adrian This review has nothing to do with this specific office. The staff was great. I am only adding review here because this is the office I went to. That said, if you want a personal touch, if you want to be able to speak with your doctor directly, if you want to be treated as more than just a number, dont use Austin Regional Clinic as your healthcare provider. There is more I can share but Im not trying to write a book. All I can say is if you want quality care, find a better provider.

Kat White I waited for months for a very important EEG appointment. They finally got their own machine and I was able to come in. Its been 5 weeks and two calls later and not only did they lose my results but they have taken zero priority in finding them. My follow up with my neurologist in a few weeks and I dont have even have results to show her because they literally lost the results and didnt put them in My Chart and neither of us can even see what they found. The Doctors have not tried hard enough to locate them and I am literally suffering every day from seizures for the past 4 months and every single day they dont tell us, is another day that I cant be treated by my doctor because they cant start any treatments until we have a diagnosis!!! They finally responded but my tech Victor recorded incorrect information in my chart! They said I stopped one test because I was hypertventillating. I was 100% not Hypertventillating. I have not done that since I was 9 years old. I stopped the test because I was going to vomit from increased body temp and a raise in heart rate/blood pressure. Which is an issue Ive been dealing with for months. This guy didnt put that in my chart or notes at all. Instead he recorded a reaction that never took place. I am really considering going to a lawyer about all of this.

Emily Mathis I waited weeks for an appointment, then an hour for Dr Williams. The doctor never came to see me so I left. When I told then front desk I couldn’t wait any longer they did not seem to care, and the doctor didn’t even message my back in MyChart. Total bummer how much this experience sucked.

Angela L Im sad to see that this place is getting so many negative reviews! As a Central East resident for almost 30 years, Im so grateful ARC finally ventured into this community. Weve waited SO LONG for general practice medical services here. Anyone whos been in Austin long enough to remember the early days of ARC knows every location- even the ones in the most affluent parts of town- started off rough, but theyve always risen to the occasion. No one in my family has ever had an issue with getting an appointment at this location. Online scheduling has been convenient and easy to use. Staff has been easily accessible by both phone and online messaging, and theyve always been reasonable and accommodating. We adore Drs. Suhag and Williams. This location does seem to have issues with staffing the specialist services like imaging, but its clear that these fledgling programs are still very much in development. Im just glad ARC had the willingness and foresight to invest in the equipment here, and Im optimistic that it means well have full services in the future. Ive already waited three decades just to get GPs within walking/biking/bussing distance that Im willing to be patient. Im certain capacity will increase to meet demand.

Melissa Jandreski My parents love Dr Higgs as their general Dr. and have been coming for years. Due to availabilty we saw Dr Kahn today and I was very pleased with her care towards my mother. She ordered blood work and stool samples and were coming back Monday. I feel we will get to the buttom of her illness. Also, I had a good experience with front desk. I previously went to get her an appointment faster than what was scheduled. Lishan was very kind and helpful in getting an appointment sooner than what was scheduled. Thanks! I feel if we have waited longer it would have been worse.

P Bigbee Most ARC doctors are great, but I cannot say the same about their billing policy. My insurance pays for 100% of my physical. Ive always discussed all my medical conditions with my PCP during a physical, but this time I was charged a $20 co-pay. I had already seen an ARC doctor for my condition two weeks prior to the physical so now I was double-charged. I talked to my insurance company and they said I could be charged if a prescription was written, but that did not happen. Beware of what you tell your PCP during a physical at ARC because they might take advantage of the opportunity to double charge you for a diagnostic visit. I dont see how I can receive quality care if I have to be careful about what I say during a physical. In fact, my PCP had complained about not getting all information from my specialists about my medical conditions. Its a catch-22 and just a little shady.

Pola Kuri I have been extremely disappointed by ARC and the way everything about my visit was handled, and will never come here again. I scheduled an insurance-covered appointment for a sore throat and was seen by Dr. Margaret L Hemmen in Nov 2023. She was extremely unprofessional. She treated me as if I were a burden and the appointment was rushed. I explained I had a sore throat and she proceeded to test me for strep and COVID WITHOUT my consent. She swabbed me throat when I thought she was just taking a look at the inflammation. When I asked about it, she seemed bothered at the fact that I was surprised and told me she needed to see those results in order to prescribe me medicine. I waited to hear back for over two days with no news (at this point I was starting to feel better on my own). I called the clinic and was told that they "must have missed it", but that the tests came back negative and my prescription should have been on the portal. I checked the portal, but nothing was posted, so I called again. They then told me it would post in a little bit, but that the doctor had recommended I take Tylenol. By now, I was feeling better on my own and was annoyed at the fact that I had spent all this time calling, visiting, and waiting, had been for nothing. I obviously thought this had been a negative experience but decided to put it to rest with no further action. However, in February of 2024 I get a charge of over $500 for the tests that Margaret ran, again WITHOUT MY CONSENT and without letting me know that would inquire an additional charge. I only came here because the visit was covered by my insurance, but nobody told me that 1. these tests would be done nor that 2. they would be $500 out of pocket. I have reached out to the billing department over email and over the phone- speaking with multiple representatives including Irene and John Narvaez, and they all promised me that they would look into it and get back to me- but none did. In fact, Irene was extremely rude over the phone and treated me as if I were an idiot. Assuming this was being investigated by them, and following their instructions of waiting for them to get back to me with news, I held off, until I began receiving calls from debt collectors letting me know that my charge would now be handled by them. I am beyond disappointed, angry, and honestly indignant at the fact that I was not treated with respect from the beginning. I was lied to, humiliated, and charged for services I did not request, want, nor received- I sincerely do not know how this is legal. When I called ARC after this was sent to debt collectors asking for an explanation, I was told that the claim had been denied but that if I really wanted, a nurse could give me a call "in a few days" to further explain and go over my visit- which again has not happened nor do I expect will happen since they done nothing but lie. I write this review hoping I am able to spare someone the headache of dealing with ARC and their staff.

Jeff Lee This place sucks, you can be somewhat sure that if you have a late afternoon appointment something will come up and they will cancel on you. To be fair, Its not just ARC, but if you are sick and in pain and you are holding out for this appointment instead of going to the emergency room, (because you dont want to pay for urgent care and your appointment is only a few hours away) then they cancel on you!!! We pay a lot for health services, if you need to make such a profit that you cant leave a couple of openings in case of emergencies and cancelations, then I dont think you belong in health care, go set up an auto dealership or something. Its time that we consumers get together in Union and demand better health services, hell, lets get Amazon to run appointments, at least they would be able to delver a much better service!!!!

Kchicaddo I went to ARC for years. Then I lost my insurance because my husband was ill and canceled it. Twice my Dr said I would like to treat you but you don’t have insurance. I get insurance I am suppose to have a 20 dollar co pay I go to him now I have a 1477 bill that keeps going up even though I haven’t been back to them. I would not recommend anyone going here.
