John Rothgeb Dr. Odeyomi is warm, welcoming and very open. She listens and then explains well. She is an excellent partner to address heath issues and concerns with and formulate plans of action in a most holistic manner.

C M I saw Dr Odeyomi today to establish care after trying multiple « highly rated » doctors. Result: Dr Odeyomi is PERFECT on all grounds! She LISTENS… REALLY! Doesn’t have a step by the door. Ask all the right questions and presents you with all possible causes investigating further before any testing. She is VERY CALM and COMPOSED with a gentle smile to reassure the patient. She is patient with her patient even when they ask many questions. She has knowledge and knows how to convey the info without condescending attitude. Her care is wholesome (not just drugs you but look at the overall picture and advise different ways). Her medical assistant Natalie is caring, a good listener, professional and very polite, joyful with a generous smile on her face and is skilled with giving shots. I’ve gotten shots by multiple nurses and you feel it very strongly so I was surprised by Natalie’s skills to say the least. Hope my comment doesn’t put pressure on her! Update: all above is still applicable but the availability and accessibility is difficult. A month wait to see the dr is apparently usual and the office desk has 5min or more (last time I had to give up after 10min wait) to just pick up the phone for scheduling.

Sandra Thomas Dr. Odeyomi is the greatest. She is so thorough, she takes time with you. She explains everything and she contacts you directly. She is very personable and I trust her with my care.

Marie Tidwell Dr Kelly has been my PCP for a few years now and while I have no major medical issues, I am always at ease when I need to see him for anything. He is attentive, listens, gives meaningful feedback and suggestions and is a good doctor - in the best sense of the word good. He and his team answer messages quickly and they are thorough in explaining anything I need clarification about. I always leave my appointment knowing he genuinely cares about his patients and gives care/advises them with their best interest in mind.

Karen Shaw I really like Dr. Middleton. Hes very attentive and actually listens to and addresses my concerns. Everyone in the office is very nice and accommodating. Theres also now a phlebotomist in the office full time, so that makes lab work easy as well. I think one of the things I like most about Dr. Middleton is that he is comfortable seeing me just once a year and not twice like some others. I hate going to the doctor, but this office makes it a pleasant experience.

Chuck Phillips Simply the best team to go to with urological issues. Dr Jacomides took excellent care of me after I had to change providers due to poor follow-up. Of course the office and technical staff are equally amazing. My primary care provider was very pleased with the level of communication she received from NAU. This is were I would take my family if they needed care.

Steven Hughes I had put all my info into the patient portal so there was nothing at checkin or checkout. The PA was very nice and noted my condition and concerns. The doctor took as much time as needed and passed useful info and choices.. thx!

Josh Lloyd I have only used them for testing, but I was very happy with their service. The doctor who called me on the phone was very kind, personable, put the results in language I could easily understand. She gave me options and advice when I asked for it. I never had to wait in line when I went in, all the staff was friendly as well. If I ever decide to go back in for any type of consultation, I would choose this location in a heartbeat.

Barbara Lind Elizabeth Bishop, PA-C for Dr. Ziebert, was very attentive to my complaints. She did a lot of explaining of pros and cons of a colonoscopy at my age but let me decide what to do. She didnt rush me to make a decision quickly which I appreciated. I was very pleased with the way I was treated.

Tina Black Last time I was there I saw Elizabeth. She was very thorough and listened to everything I had to say. I would recommend her to anyone. My Dr in the practice is Dr Ziebert and he too is wonderful. Everyone starting at the front desk to getting scheduled is very helpful and kind. Anyone looking for a good Gastroenterologist I would highly recommend this group!

She answered my questions and concerns and decided the medicines and diagnostic imaging to be taken. 4. I felt very comfortable with her diagnosis and decisions.

beebzinlalaland My appointment was with Doctor Duddempudi. He was extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable talking about everything that was going on. The office staff was great and made me feel very comfortable about being there on my first visit.

Nicole Santiago We have been patients of this practice for 10 years. Today my son was denied to be seen because he hasn’t been there in 4 years and doctors have changed. He is now considered a new patient? That doesn’t make sense because my younger son was seen last week and also hasn’t been there for a few years. He was able to be seen with a different doctor with is fine. Also, I am being told that the doctors aren’t accepting new patients at this time, but we are established patients. I understand there aren’t appointments same day due to weather and closures but there are no options given. I have had this happen a few times with this practice now, since our previous family doctor retired. It’s very disappointing and upsetting because when one is sick, one does not have the energy to be going back and forth trying to get in to be seen with a doctor. We are always being consulted to go to an urgent care. What’s the point of having an in network doctor then? It ends up costing us more having to visit the urgent care. Sadly, we will be moving on and leaving this practice.

Christian Acevedo Im surprised to see some negative reviews regarding the office staff because Ive been going to this practice/location since September 2021 and have not really had any bad experiences with them. Theyve always been kind in person. Over the phone I feel like some of them can be short or seem rushed but I also assume the phone is constantly ringing so theyre just trying to get everyone helped as quickly as possible. I dont know who the referral coordinator is, but theyre incredible. My insurance requires referrals for specialists and Im grateful this office allows you to call and share what specialist youre trying to see and for what reason and the referral is processed within less than 48 hours. When they expire, a simple call noting it needs to be renewed is all I need and bam. Ive been seen Ashley Bubb, NP and shes got a great bedside manner and, I believe, genuinely cares about your wellbeing and health. I usually only visit for my annual, but this year Ive had to visit several times and have had the chance to experience how she practices more and more and Im very happy. Shes receptive and willing to work with your requests but also notes any issues or things that could potentially interfere. Her nurse, Abby, is also incredibly kind and shows a genuine interest in what brings you to the office that day.

Irene M Mariah at front desk is absolutely rude and disrespectful. Stated she has worked there for 4yrs and in those yrs she has learned it is appropriate to cut off a patient mid sentence and argue with them when they are trying to explain how there was a misunderstanding. Apparently it is always the PATIENTS responsibility to have ensure front desk have truly updated demographics. If I gave you demographics months ago you should already have updated that in your system and at next appt verify it is still accurate. When I tried explaining I had not gotten appt reminders and that caused me to no show so I just wanted the message passed along so the provider so she knew it was not intentional, she immediately responded with “that’s your fault”. Ma’am as a clinical staff you should’ve checked with me at my last appt that the demographics were accurate, I was there ill and in pain, at that moment I am assuming the records on your end are up to date considering I had provided it MONTHS ago. To go back and forth with a patient and cut them off is distasteful and unprofessional. All I asked is if it could be documented and you immediately jumped at pointing fingers and having a tone. That is not how you handle patient care. Review your job description where it states a job duty is to review patient demographics. She should probably be trained on active listening and de-escalation skills. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, last time FD failed to update my insurance after I had already provided it to them. I do want to call out that Michelle and Kristina were professional and polite when speaking to me after Mariah cut me off by putting me on hold.

Isaiah Valdez was on hold for about 20 minutes just to ask a question about scheduling an appointment as a new patient...just to be told there wasnt availability until mid April. disappointed to be bounced around 5 times in 20 minutes to finally get to someone who seemed a bit snarky.

Angel Arias Mariah the surgery coordinator is absolutely terrible at her job. Not only does she lack the ability to actually LISTEN to a patient, she is also extremely rude and dismissive. I felt so uncomfortable and rushed over the phone with her. For the past 3 weeks, i’ve been waiting on my referral, which nobody seems to know about… As i tried to give more information to Mariah/maria, she rushed to cut me off, or would reply with “i don’t need that” in an ugly/rude tone. Mariah is far from a mind reader. She lacks the patience, and mental capacity to be an over the phone representative. I’ve seen another comment about her as well a few months ago, so i’m sure i’m not the first incident. Her attitude is unacceptable, and part of the reason I will no longer be dealing with brushy creek.

Shiloh Hutsell The medical assistant actually got on the floor to help put on the air cast boot and was easy to work with. Dr Pruitt was easy to talk to , had a great sense of humor. For a guy who rarely sees a doctor , this experience makes it easier to go for me. All around a fantastic experience from start to finish. 100 percent happy with my appointment

Carter Alexis “Lex” Hester’s Crossing (ARC) is fast and reliable. Dr. Enas Pruitt is one of the best physicians ever. The front desk are very polite and quick. They also have a great laboratory that won’t poke your arm 3-4 times!

Danielle Provencio Dr. Pruitt is easy to talk to, doesnt make you feel rushed and is very thorough. If I didnt love my pcp at ARC, I would most definitely choose him!

Nee Roberts I really liked him! He’s very thorough, very quick in getting tests ordered, results returned, and new prescriptions submitted. I also really liked his nurse. She was very kind and very thorough as well. They got me in and out quickly and got me diagnosed quickly as well.

David Miles Have to admit I was very anxious to get some medical attention. So I reach out to Total Mens care. And the location I called they was booked for the day but in the same breath they recommend me to their location in Round Rock on 79. And definitely Im grateful for their Staff as well. Very professional and informative towards my insurance. And time waiting to be seen was prompt and lastly the Doctor was indeed knowledgeable and season with grace within her profession. Amar Yeluru The service is fine. The thing that upset me most is the lack of transparency in pricing. They scheduled a follow up visit as if it was part of the annual health check, only to be told later that there was a payment involved. When asked about it, the front-desk lady had no answer about it. I do not recommend this place.

Raul Prieto Had my annual physical today at Total Mens in Round Rock. The staff was excellent and Shelby my provider was very knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. Great experience!

Salvador De Anda Front desk attendants were no help at all. Just kept saying we can’t do anything about my insurance being the wrong card they said to pay the $140 fee or reschedule. Mind you my insurance changed and I had told them, and also I had submitted all their paperwork online, which was never reviewed, and I never received any notification that they cannot take my insurance to the location and tell me that it wasn’t valid and I needed to either pay or reschedule about 20 minutes till closing and eager to leave I don’t recommend this place if you want to see a doctor or just a different provider .

Andrew Rot I cannot stress this enough - do not use this place it is a total scam. My wife and I each went separately for different reasons and were charged over $8k each. She had only a strep test and a COVID test done. While I had slightly more including an X-ray, this is straight up fraudulent. My insurance doesnt cover it like they said it would and I have a massive bill on my hands for no reason. This place and the owners are scumbags. Stay away.

aysha I thought my air ways were closing up so I rushed to them . I was panicking and having anxiety , I use an inhaler sometimes. I didnt need for a while so didn’t get a refill. Nurse said the vitals were good so I was relieved . I however didn’t like when she said ,do you take anxiety medicine? When I told her about my Allergies already …During airway therapy I realized it was a mucous plug which was causing me discomfort. Wanted to take mucinex which they don’t have since it’s over the counter . Was trying to expectorate it myself so asked for water THEY SAID WE HAVE NONE. In a panicked irritated state I stormed out of the facility. Horrible staff and doctor . Did not bother to examine me properly or calm me down or diagnose me . You will get ur co pay !!! Send me the bill

B Man The provider was quick but thorough. My shoulder was on fire, I couldn’t even lift it and hadn’t slept in three days. I had hoped she’d be able to give an injection and she did. Less than a day later and I actually was able to sleep and my shoulder is not as tight, and I can actually lift it without searing pain.

Ebony Dailey Wanting for an appointment for my back. The team there was great! There was a bit of a wait to be seen but they were courteous throughout the entirety of the visit. The front desk was warm and very friendly. The Xray tech was very patient and helped very well with my positioning for the scans. The practitioner that saw me had a great attitude. The billing and scheduling with Deja was very quick and she was able to find times that worked for my schedule. It was just an overall great experience!

Gary Oldham DOC sets the standard for what medicine should be today. First, office staff and techs are all friendly, personable, and efficient. Medical staff, and I’ll highlight Erika Deardorf, PA, by name, are fantastic. Erika took so much time with me, discussing my problem and history, doing a thorough assessment, and educating me patiently. She presented and we discussed a sensible treatment plan, and I felt a part of that discussion. I literally can’t think of a single thing I’d like or expect to be done better or differently. This is exactly what I’d hope to experience from healthcare professionals but never, until today, have gotten to experience. Fantastic experience all the way around. 10/10 would recommend (and already have to multiple friends.)

Rose Ann Kilpatrick This was my second visit to DOC. The first time I broke my finger and this time I sprained my wrist. DOC is the perfect place for small things like mine. They are so convenient, professional and efficient. I believe I get top quality care without a lot of hassle. I highly recommend DOC!!

Devion Tharpe Personally would not recommend. From the time the provider got into the room until leaving was maybe sub ~6 minutes. The most received from the visit was a speculated injury before MRI, which makes sense as I wouldn’t expect the provider to be able to see into my knee. However, I think it would be pretty crucial to discuss care between now and the final diagnosis, information around what the situation at hand could be, and even creating a space for questions to be asked about what I as a patient could be experiencing. All which were not provided by the PA. Even when being brought up to the front, I asked if I could just ask a few questions to the provider. The most I was offered was my clinical notes. Terrible display of showing care.

Waad Alsaad Dr. Mayada Ali is one of the best doctors I have met. She takes great care of her patients, gives them enough time, understands all the details of their illness, and then gives them treatment. She is humane in her profession, and this is the first thing that every doctor should have. However, some doctors I have met are senior specialists and have no sense of responsibility towards their patients, nor an ounce of humanity. They do not give the patient his rights, who pays them large sums of money in addition to paying health insurance. I wish her all the best and success in her professional life. If she is good with her patients today, I hope she will be excellent with them tomorrow so that she can receive our support.

Cathy Hanrahan Worst Dr. Office staff Ive ever experienced. The lady on the phone seems like she doesnt seem like she knows what shes doing. In order for me to set my kids up as a patient, I had to text her their information. I overlooked it thinking maybe that was normal but I was wrong. Then the staff didnt seem like they even know how to work with kids and I had to give them directions on what to when checking height, etc. Now they are saying I owe them $400 for 2 wellness checks with insurance. Its been such a headache going back and forth with them and my insurance company. And the lady who Ive been in contact with at Bluebonnet keeps changing her story about why the insurance company isnt taking the claim while my insurance companys story stays straight. Ive been trying to call Bluebonnet Bonnet Primary but no one answers or calls me back. I dont like leaving a bad review but this is just unacceptable.

Patrice Jones Dr. Brian Shimkus has been my doctor for years. He is the absolute best! Hes compassionate, knowledgeable, receptive, and invested in the care and treatment of each and every patient. Michael Tipton This was my second visit with Sean. The fact that I can call him Sean says a lot about how comfortable he already makes me feel. Being able to have a real conversation with someone you are entrusting with your health is important. Sean is great at putting you at ease.

Karan Murray Dr. Bruce is so patient with questions. He doesn’t make feel like you are on a time clock. He was very easy to talk to from beginning to end, and it worked. I can actually laugh, sneeze and anything else and not need to take a shower! It’s liberating! He also has a very professional demeanor with a great sense of humor!! Highly recommend

Bucky Morris Somewhat disappointed. After completing your rather questionnaire it was apparent no one read it. Also I went to Baylor Scott&White and brought my records in disc form. Another disappointment, you cannot copy the disc to my file. It was suggested I bring my records in hard copy paper. I liked my doctor, Dr Kansas.

R T PA Manes is awesome. I will admit I was hesitant in making an appointment with a PA but I have no regrets. She is so knowledgeable, patient, a great listener, just absolutely incredible. She even gave me a month’s supply of samples. I’m so grateful for that. I loved her and will keep her as my PA!

Nelly Santiago Holly Kane is a great Doctor. She is personable and relates very well with her patients. She is very attentive and always asks how the patient feels about all aspects of their care. I recommend her anyone looking first a great Urologist.

Ben Calvo I’m very disappointed with Dr Paul Pagley and his staff. I’ve called several times and tried to get information on my sleep study and C-Pep but the ladies that answer the phone just put me on hold and never answer.. Very poor service.

Promise Health Plus We have occurred many issues with my fathers cardiac care at this clinic. First, the scheduling lady stated the nurse will call for our echo and stress test to be scheduled but no call after waiting a few weeks. So we called back and she stated we were suppose to schedule, then waited 6 weeks for actual test. Then took the doctor 3 weeks to even read results. Found only 20% functioning and wanted to see him next day which was great. Then scheduled a chem test the following week which was also great but more issues occurred. Note: my father is not the greatest with meds and knowing much about them. He had metoprolol on his list which is very important with a low functioning heart and we found he hadnt been taking it. The pharmacy requested two months earlier twice for refill from this clinic but received nothing, so he just never got it which he should have followed up on and knew. The nurse never went over his meds when he was there following up with doctor after his test results. Doctor assumed he was taking them and made my father feel rushed through his appt. We notified nurse we need refill and was never answered a couple months earlier. Nurse said she would call in and were told the nurse sent it, but pharmacy said no they still do not have it. Still waiting as of now and just requested from PCP at this point. Nurses and staff need to make sure they are reviewing meds with patients and get results to the doctor sooner unless they just sit in the cloud for him that long IDK. Also, doctor needs to be thorough and explain results instead of rushing his visits. There is more concerns with the doctors knowledge that Ive researched and disagree with. Being a nurse for 22 years, this has inspired me and our family to get another cardiologist for care. Office staff is definitely slacking in our opinions but hopefully improves for their patients. Not good to manage my fathers heart conditions.

kryptonian 1987 She is nice but not smart but her staff is horrible . They do not follow through with what they offer to do . I had to let her go as my doctor. Again check how all the reviews same the same thing. Her staff are the ones leaving the reviews .

Nora Dinsmore The nurses and staff are wonderful. They hear you out, very professional and courteous. Place is clean, appt are easy to schedule and you dont wait long on the lobby to be seen with an appt. Dr. Ally is great, shes very caring and is patient to understand patients needs. My mom has been happy with the medical care.

Tamye McSpadden My son was having day surgery in the surgery center and my husband and I live in Kerrville. My son lives in Pflugerville and we woke up at 1:30 am in order to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick him up and have him at the surgery center by 5:00 am. I was waiting in the surgery waiting room and I was so tired. I put my elbow on the arm of a chair and rested my head on my hand. I shut my eyes but I did not go to sleep. Actually it’s kind of hard to fall asleep with your head on your hand. That seems like something most people would know. However I guess the “security guard” did not know this. This is what I loudly heard: “ma’am there’s no sleeping! There’s no sleeping ma’am!” I immediately opened my eyes and looked at him and said “oh I’m sorry” and he told me in a rude voice “no problem” and I felt so embarrassed because there were quite a few people in there. About 10 minutes later a couple walked by me and said “no sleeping ma’am…that was so rude! I can’t believe he told you that. I am extremely upset about this and if I could give a zero star review I would! The doctor and other medical personnel taking care of my son were extraordinarily good people. I can’t believe this man was even hired! Did HR not see his horrible attitude problem and arrogant behavior? I will think not twice but 3 times before going to the surgery center at St David’s hospital and I will tell anyone I ever meet who is planning a procedure there that they have , other than medical personnel, horrible people working there! This man—the “security guard” working in the surgery center waiting room on Friday November 29th at 7:00 am should be reprimanded and receive a warning because he is a horrible person that not only I noticed but another couple noticed as well.

Katie Sokolova Very friendly stuff! Great experience! I was anxious about what was going to happen but the staff went above and beyond to help me get through this in the most comfortable way. Worth mentioning that I didnt have to wait even 5 minutes at any point of my journey, as opposed to other hospitals. The only caveat is that they are under a slight renovation now so it took me a while to find what I needed considering that the "normal" routes were blocked. But once itll be over there should be absolutely no issues with access
