5 /5 Angela L: Im sad to see that this place is getting so many negative reviews! As a Central East resident for almost 30 years, Im so grateful ARC finally ventured into this community. Weve waited SO LONG for general practice medical services here. Anyone whos been in Austin long enough to remember the early days of ARC knows every location- even the ones in the most affluent parts of town- started off rough, but theyve always risen to the occasion.
No one in my family has ever had an issue with getting an appointment at this location. Online scheduling has been convenient and easy to use. Staff has been easily accessible by both phone and online messaging, and theyve always been reasonable and accommodating. We adore Drs. Suhag and Williams.
This location does seem to have issues with staffing the specialist services like imaging, but its clear that these fledgling programs are still very much in development. Im just glad ARC had the willingness and foresight to invest in the equipment here, and Im optimistic that it means well have full services in the future. Ive already waited three decades just to get GPs within walking/biking/bussing distance that Im willing to be patient. Im certain capacity will increase to meet demand.
