5 /5 Money Maker: This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop. These guys are professional. Melanie, her manager, and everybody I interacted with were very helpful. I was updated daily by Melanie, and she made sure to accommodate every request I’ve had. I just got my car, so I can’t comment on the actual repair just yet. But based on everything else, I will. Their communication, cleanliness of shop, complimentary loaner vehicle offering, and complimentary vehicle wash/vacuum is something I’m not accustomed to with other companies, and made the hassle of getting your vehicle serviced much easier and less inconvenient! They may not be the cheapest option in town, but I highly recommend!!

Melanie and team were super helpful in the warranty process with TireRack. They took care of ordering the replacement and all the paperwork. Made bring my car in to replace the tire quick and easy.
