I was told that I needed a very expensive repair for my Mercedes from an another repair shop. The staff at Blair recommended that I come in to get a second opinion. They saved me a ton of money by diagnosing the correct repair. I was impressed with how the tech took me into the shop, addressed the problem, and explained the repair process. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I even received a follow up phone call to check on how my vehicle was running. I will definitely be returning to Blair automotive for all repairs!

I’m still new to the area, had my vehicle serviced at a couple of other shops but left unsure about the service that I had received. It was great to find a place that has a master technician to work on my vehicle. They got my services done efficiently, provided a ride home while I waited and had great customer service team!
