5 /5 m Faye: 16R IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Forgive me, I am terrible with names, plus the medication, but if I saw those ladies faces again I would know them instantly! I recently had surgery there at Baylor and this care team was the best I’ve ever had anywhere! From the moment I was brought back to pre -op, all the way up to the moment we drove away, I felt heard respected considered and cared for. For someone who is chronically ill, and has had MANY procedures, that says a lot. If I can find names of all of the women I will update this review because they deserve SO much praise. Thank y’all for making what was a procedure I genuinely was concerned about so easy and comfortable to deal with.

Always with a smile and kindness. explain everything that is being done and why. . one shout out goes to tech Arcy, she was so far above the other techs she was amazing. The medical teams prior and post heart transplant were phenominal Thank you all so much "The Negative"" First and foremost was the food and food service , ive been in alot of hospitals over my 65 yrs this is the worst by far.You would place an order which didnt matter what, rarely did you get any part of it right. The food , especially the meat ,fish and eggs had no moisture at all. The rest of the food was palletable. Food service time was very inconsistent . I was extremely fortunate that my wife could bring me food that was within my dietary guidelines . To remedy the food/foodservice the kitchen manager should be admitted under an alias and be made to get the same service proviced I am torn on my rating , i would definitely give a five +except for the food service.

5 /5 Seymour: This is the best hospital they really took care of my wife and I we were there the first part of January when it got really cold and kept her in there to make sure shed be okay due to us being homeless at the moment wont go to another hospital

5 /5 Isabel Muñoz: I recently had emergency surgery and I received a very nice treatment from the doctors, nurses, and staff. I am happy I went to this hospital. I am feeling better and stronger every day. If it hadnt been for a nurse called Eryn (I dont know what her last name is) in Johnson building (BSW Dallas downtown, next to Roberts building) who told my family that I had zero tolerance for pain when my stomach was about to rupture from the pressure and she didnt want to give me enough pain medication before surgery, everything would have been awesome. After surgery, the surgeon told me that I had made it in time because I was about to lose my stomach. It was already turning purple and black. So, my pain was real and this nurse couldnt have any empathy about the terrible pain I was feeling.
