5 /5 Maria Washington: This was my first time getting an oil change at Christian Brothers, and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment, and the communication beforehand was clear and professional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind and welcoming, and my vehicle was taken in right away…no long wait times! I had my 2-year-old grandson with me, and the way they went above and beyond to accommodate him truly touched me. They had coloring books, crayons, and even gave him a Hot Wheels car! That kind of thoughtfulness says so much about the values of a business! It’s rare to find a place that provides excellent service and makes families feel cared for. Christian Brothers has definitely earned my trust and future business!

Ellie at the desk was knowledgeable and professional. The courtesy car service was great, I was able to continue my workday while they serviced my car. And the prices seemed solid. 5 /5 Camille Trosclair: The Guys at Midway CB in Plano were very very patient and quick to get to our dead car. They did the diagnostic pretty quickly. Each time I called they were eager to serve. If I got a different person that I wasn’t working with initially…..They patched me in to the person with the intimate knowledge of what was discovered. They were a God send as I did all this from a distance. I am in Houston!! We use Christian Brothers here as well. I love that you can get a complete list in pdf form of everything you did to your car. This comes in handy when selling. Great people.

5 /5 Carol M: I absolutely love this Christian Brothers Auto Care on Midway! They went out of their way to help me, giving me a courtesy ride to work (which was a few miles away on Midway) and also letting me use a loaner car. They were fast and efficient and all the employees were friendly and nice! After spending a lot of money on my suspension, shocks and struts, which we definitely needed, I went to pick up my car and the battery had died! They went out of their way to provide another one and quickly ordered it and installed it within 20 min! I highly recommend this location, although it is a little hidden gem being tucked away behind a large bank!
