I must say, Dean’s is one of the most professional and courteous shops I have ever dealt with. I took my car in on the scheduled day, and by the next day I had received a call about the repairs needed. Every day afterwards, I would get a call from Dean about the status on my car. In the end, the work done was absolutely what I wanted and price was more than fair. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go. Thanks Dean!

Not only did they fix our problem quickly and on time with their estimate, they provided the best customer service I have had in years. They also got the previous company who did the work on our vehicle to pay for it, because it was the their fault. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any auto work!

5 /5 Steve Phelps: Super friendly and fair. If they find a problem, they call you to discuss options first. I have had a couple of times now where they tell me about the work they could do but probably would not do if it was their vehicle. Easy money for them but they realize needless work is not always the right thing for some people. If you want honesty and professionalism, this is the place.
