4 /5 Edward Solomon: Staff was excellent. We arrived on time, processed promptly and entered waiting area. One and one half hours later, was informed that the surgery was running behind. I asked if would be another hour, then two hours, then three hours and……five hours! Absolutely nuts. Asked why they didn’t call us at home, 35 minutes drive from hospital and received no answer. My wife went home and I remained on a gurney for three more hours. Finally taken in to surgery some 6 hours later! Thankfully procedure went well. Sent to a private room several hours later, staff very nice. Next morning waited until 10:00 for breakfast that was not ordered. Next interviewed by all appropriate staff and waited two hours to get hospital doctors orders to leave, finally my nurse helped me dress, remove IV and took me downstairs to process out. Finally left at 12:30.

All the staff from registration to post surgery recovery, every single staff member I interacted with on the day of my surgery were so nice, informative and helpful. I wish I could thank each one personally for allowing my nerves for this surgery to be calmed by their professionalism and dedication to their patients. Thank you Del Sol Medical center Team .
