4 /5 matthew sandoval: My mother was transferred to this hospital after she had covid and pneumonia. The staff was amazing towards my mother and she mentioned so many good things about the staff that has helped her and made her feel less sad and scared! My mother would love to visit one day to say thank you to the ones that were there for her during her hard time! The only issue that my family and I didn’t appreciate was that a big nurse got up all on my mothers face! My mother said that she was telling the night shift nurse that she was in pain and the nurse was getting upset about. That’s when she got in her face and got mad at my mother. My mother told her to get out of her face and she did. As nurses it’s your job to take care of the patients and be there for them, not get all ugly when you want to! If you don’t like your job, then just quit and go work some where else!
