ER at Sherman - Sherman (TX)

5 /5 jeannie via: Had to go in for my ankle. I thought I just twisted it. Not so lucky. I did manage to fracture a bone in my ankle. The staff was amazing, efficient and so nice. I love the make appointment feature for ER. Takes all the guess work out of how long you will be there.

5 /5 Jeremy Burk: Had to take my mom in for heart issues. RN Loretta was outstanding. She kept us informed and updated on the tests that were ran and the process and procedures for being admitted to the hospital. Dr. Monk treated my mom as an individual not just another number to hurry and get through to get to the next patient. He made sure that she understood everything that was happening. Thank you to all of the staff for your service.

5 /5 Frances Burns: This is a great place to go to took my daughter there with anxiety issues the staff and the dr. Were super. Very caring. They showed their professionalism and why your in the medical profession. CARE they didn’t push you out they took time to listen and answer questions. I highly recommend them . Now to recognize all the ones who were amazing.. first Dr. Monk . The front desk Anthony he was also the one who came and took down our information. Then piper who was very professional. Alex the nurse who did the blood draw and she was amazing she got it on forest poke lol . And then a very sweet nurse who really talked to my daughter. Thank all of y’all very much I appreciate it

5 /5 S Hunsaker: Speedy check in although I did reserve my time online. Staff was friendly and helpful. I honestly have felt so much better and can breathe better. If only the Grayson county health department doctors would have provided treatment like the er I could have saved money. Thank you so much for the care and treatment I’m now feeling healthy enough to travel like planned.
