5 /5 Carolann Robbins: Called to see if how soon I could have my child seen as a new patient, and spoke with the lovely receptionist who was able to get us in that day! Arriving with time for the paperwork, I feel we were seen in a very timely manor as well as the others in the waiting room. The staff was warm and welcoming to us even when my young child was unsure of things at times. I left the office feeling very confident that we received excellent care and will recommend Dr. Purgason. We have found our family physician and look forward to our next visit.

If we have something that needs urgent attention they try they best to accommodate it every time. The entire staff is wonderful. My favorite thing is that they don’t herd you through like cattle here. They take the time to listen and treat. That’s rare these days. Thanks FMNTX for caring and giving my entire family excellent physician care!
