UPDATE: after going here for this reviewed oil change...my hub and I went from Leakey TX to Rosharon TX.
6+hrs trip. We kept hearing a scraping noise on the trip up, but it was raining so we chalked it up to "wet gravel". On the way home, in Rosharon proper, the noise continued and got much worse. Hub crawled under car and found the oil pan holding on for life with 1 screw!
Needless to say, all employees claimed "innocence" and said my car only had 1 screw when brought it in...REALLY??? This establishment was THE ONLY place Ive EVER taken my 3 yrs old car. I had NEVER been informed that my oil pan had 1 screw??? SERIOUSLY?? We couldve kept driving. A spark couldve ignited and burnt us to smitherings! NOT COOL folks. Done with place!!!!!
