Very friendly, knowledgeable, will give his best opinion but will not force it upon you. Very responsive over text and keeps you updated throughout the service. I will be going here for all my Lexus and Toyota issues. I have recommended him to everyone I know with a Lexus/Toyota. Love Sasa!
