5 /5 Amanda West: I absolutely LOVE Dr. Carter Smith! She is so personable and sweet. She cares about her clients and you can tell! Her nurse is also just as amazing! We recently moved to Spring and had to transfer to another Childrens and the hospitality is just not the same. I might be driving 45m - 1 hour just to see Dr. Carter Smith!
