5 /5 Dana Starkey: Honestly not even sure why there is a one star. I have seen both Dr. Swain and NP Phillips and have had excellent care with both of those providers. The first visit I had a long(ish) wait, but every other time I have been they have seen me quickly and addressed my concerns very forwardly and helped me get on track with “catching up” on my health. I have even had to bring my children on one occasion, and the staff and providers were nothing short of amazing with helping me keep them entertained. They are definitely worth the visit! Also adding in that every order, lab result and message is easily accessed through MyChart. I have never had an issue with the app, and providers respond in a timely manner and are very accommodating when you have questions.
