ConnieD I had been on the phone with my fiancé who is a patient at the hospital at 5am I heard some noise and I heard my fiancé say he’s too tired the I heard a female whispering saying she is asleep she’s not on there she’s asleep when I heard that I started asking both of them what is going on I was so angry, when my fiancé hangs up on me I called the hospital and the girl that answered told me she is the supervisor and she sounds like a little girl. She made me feel worse because she did not take me serious. I cannot believe how unprofessional the nurse was and the girl who answered the phone.

k shearer Tired of dealing with ignorant people to communicate with my doctor. I do not feel that Columbia Hospital District is being ran in the best interest of their patients. They are trying to keep all business here, assigning care decisions to medical assistants and nurses instead of referring senior patients out to get the medical care needed. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get an order for labs to recheck my mothers thyroid. What is the holdup?
