发财发财(超级有钱) I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional assistance I received from Michele, a front desk staff member at Kaiser in Lacey. When I visited the Occupational Health registration desk in early January, Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness, patience, and meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the care I needed that day. Without her, it wouldn’t have been possible. She truly felt like an angel.
Since last summer, I’ve frequently visited Kaiser for various appointments. Every time Michele assisted me with registration, I was always greeted with her warm smile, positive attitude, and outstanding efficiency. This January, when I required special assistance—especially since English is not my first language—Michelle once again went out of her way to provide support. She is incredibly intelligent and quick to understand what I needed, which made the process much smoother.
I am deeply grateful that Kaiser has such an extraordinary team
member like Michele. Her level of patience, kindness, and willingness to help sets a high standard. If all staff members embodied her qualities, every experience at Kaiser would be exceptional. Thank you, Kaiser, for nurturing such an outstanding employee!

Jan Teague My 97 year old Dad had many people in urgent care taking great care of him. Every single person was attentive and nice. Dad and I were both impressed with how thorough the Physicians Assistant was in the evaluation of his painful fractured forearm. It was a mystery injury and his concern went beyond the injury to why the injury. Tests were done and more tests were ordered. He spoke clearly and slowly to Dad which was perfect for him as Dads processing language has slowed. He felt cared for and respected. This was impressive as old age has unique health conditions and needs unique care. We appreciated it. It was a very long day which is unfortunate for an elderly person to sit for so long. Such is the problem of too few doctors and facility support for a growing population.

Karen Lystad Evidently a Friday afternoon just after a snow storm is a good time to visit the urgent care at Kaiser. I think everyone was on the freeway today. The nurses were awesome and all smiles. And I got in and out really fast.

Nikolay Nenko I am not sure where to start. I have never been 86th out of a doctors office and told that I am a bad patient, that is until today.
I went to to this man, I would hardly call a Doctor, because I have had a horrible low back pain, accompanied with stabbing, pins, needles, numbness and every other symptom. I cannot sleep at night because my feet, legs, thighs and muscles ache, twich, stab and just plainly hurt all night. Ibuprofen and Tylenol wont even touch the discomfort and pain anymore.
So, I went to see this doctor.
First and foremost: I have seen him as my personal family doctor for about 2 years now, give or take.
Today when he walked in my room he did not remember who I was, so he asked for my name and Birthday. I gave him both. Then he asked me if I was Russian, to which I said no. He mumbled something that appeared to be a small talk and then to.my surprise he asked me again for my name and birthday. He visually did nor remember asking me the same thing just 5 sentences earlier. When I laughed and told him that he had just ssked me that, he did not remember it. Strange, to say the least.
Then he asked me what brought me there. I told him that I had few concerns to talk about and started with my low back pain. I explained that I need an MRI because my condition had deteriorated since my last MRI and I asked for another one so they could compare the two and see the reason behind the worsening of my condition. He said: NO! Amongst other things, we.got in bit of push and shove, which he did not like and started to accuse of being a bad patient and not following his orders.
I dont want to go into details of my condition, but when I told him that I had an eye infection for which I have been taking antibiotics for, he cut me.off and without hesitation or even getting out of his chair, he told me "no you dont". I then told him that it has caused my eye lid to droop, he said that,Yes he can see my eyelid drooping a little but there was no infection and then started telling me that I am running out of time and I will have reschedule my appointment. When I mentioned a third reason for my visit he got pissed and told me that I should look for another doctor and with a very agressive tone in his voice ended.my vist saying that he will.ask the facilities to refund my copay for the visit. He was very rude and did not listen to my concerns to help, but rather to tell.me I was a bad patient and he wants a ....divorce.
I left very disappointed by his attitude and inability to listen a patient!
