My provider was honest with me and said she was leaving in 4 months and was happy to help me find a semi permanent PCP. Even met her before I left, very happy. Thank you Providence

5 /5 Ann Aubuchon: There was a miscommunication regarding my appointment time and I was upset because I was going to have to wait a week to see my provider. I was feeling very emotionally unstable. I asked to talk to a supervisor. She heard my situation and arranged for me to see another provider later that afternoon. I felt heard and my need to see someone that day happened. Great handling of an upset patient!

4 /5 Margie Taylor: Dr. Glenda Waller is a wonderful physician. Very caring, very thorough, very professional. I gave my new United Health Care card, but i got billed for the full amount. Please correct your records. I do have health insurance!!

Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. She listened, took care of our concerns and needs. Great experience! Highly recommend!
