5 /5 Christie Hur: This place will go above and beyond for great service. I feel like when I first moved here and found this place, I struck gold. My car has been running smoother than it ever has. The price on services were very affordable. David is also very accommodating and very understanding. Another great thing is that it is open on Saturday. You can call for an appointment and usually can get in the next day.

5 /5 Joanna Hart: I own a company in the Tri-Cities, and one of my trucks had an issue that prevented my technician from even starting, let alone completing a full days worth of work. My technician was unable to fix the issue himself, and my daily schedule (to include out of town work) was getting further and further behind. I placed a call to David at 509 Automotive and had my guy drive there asap. David HAPPILY AND QUICKLY fixed the issue and sent our truck on its merry way. Its rare these days to find a mechanic shop that will take in work without an appointment AND with such a positive demeanor. AND the price was right!!! I HIGHLY recommend David and 509 Automotive.

5 /5 hannah brackenhoff: My sister and I were on a road trip from MT to CA, and while passing through Kennewick, started hearing a belt chirping insanely loud. We got lucky by pulling up to the closest auto shop, and turns out, the NICEST auto shop. They took care of us on the spot, having the belt replaced in just an hour and back on the road. He also went above and beyond for us by doing a courtesy check of everything else, and letting us know a few things to keep an eye on. We felt so fortunate to find this place, and would recommend them to everyone. Very trustworthy and kind.

They will go above and beyond and have great customer service and are willing to work with your budget, too. I am grateful to have ended up at this shop and I highly recommend 509.

He even kept his doors open late on a Friday, so my car could be towed there, after waiting hours for the tow truck to arrive. Its hard to find people you can trust and depend on, David makes it easy! Highly recommend for any of your repair needs!
