5 /5 Roy Peterson: Took my 2024 Prius Prime for the initial 6 month maintenance visit. Staff was very friendly and the service advisor Nelson Rios listened to my concerns regarding the dead 12 volt battery issue I experienced. It’s important to feel that you are being heard with any concern. It was a good visit experience. I dropped the car off so I didn’t enjoy the nice waiting area the dealership has. Maybe next visit.
