On top of that, they worked with my after-market warranty provider to get as much of the work covered as possible, every step of the way. I just cannot say enough good things about these folks. Prior to the Fiat saga, they had already taken excellent/efficient care of my other vehicles over the years, and earned my trust through their fair dealings, candid feedback and reliably excellent service. Highly recommend!!

5 /5 Anders Mickelson: Couldnt have had a better experience. Straightforward and effective diagnosis. Dropped off before work at 7AM, picked up after work at 4PM. Felt very heard by the diagnostics and staff. Gifted communication and customer service from Chelsea. As I was killing time watching baseball at the nearby restaurant waiting for the work complete confirmation, they called and offered to come pick me up! Yet another reason to support a small business and avoid the big dealership mechanics. Thankful we found this business.
