4 /5 Laura Dahlin: I visited once last winter (2021)and had my hair done by Kerri. My hair turned out okay but her catching the brush on my eyebrow bar, leaving me sitting at the sink with my head cranked back while the water took time to warm, and scratching my scalp with her nails and not even asking if I wanted my hair dried or styled afterwards left a lot to be desired. Thought Id give it another try with a different stylist,(I had heard really good things about Amanda but she was busy) I had the new girl Hayley today and she did an amazing job! She took a lot of time to make sure my hair was all even, styled it beautifully afterwards and was very thoughtful with her actions. My only other comments are that the place could use a little deep cleaning/air filtering, but over all I had a much better experience.
