Merline Davis I just had a total right hip replacement surgery. And it was great. Pain was minimal. Staff was amazing and the rooms are a plus. I only stayed overnight but the nurses tending to my care made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Charlotte Maier I spent two nights at the brand new Horizon West Hospital with cardiac issues. The staff: from doctors to aides, and especially the nurses, were professional and caring. They all took great care of me, answered all of my questions, and helped me recover quickly. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I have been in other hospitals that were noisy and cramped! I received excellent medical treatment from the staff at Horizon West.

Pete Zimek Outside of the pain from injury that caused my visit, I had a wonderful experience at Orlando Health. The hospital is well-organized, and it’s clear that they take a team approach to patient care. Everyone knew their individual responsibilities but also worked seamlessly together. Even as I was leaving, they made sure I understood my next steps for care and assigned two case managers to help me schedule future appointments. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient support really stood out. Highly recommend!

Eric Wasson Had a great experience with an outpatient surgery event Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital. The facility is brand new and it shows in every detail. Security is strong, and checkin was very fast and efficient. Staff attitude is friendly and helpful. Nursing attention was intense and constant. I felt safe and in control while I was awake. After the procedure, checkout was again easy and quick. All said, it was a first class experience.

Ian Chamberlain No one wants to be hospitalized, but this place is amazing! Just spent 4 days here on the 3rd floor. I experienced why they have a 4.8 rating on Google. Absolutely gorgeous new hospital. Each person introduced themselves, and with the whiteboard in the room, you always knew who was taking care of you that day. Clean and fancy rooms, very big but cozy. Staff is super friendly, Doctors, RN nurses, PT, Neurological, nursing assistants, cleaning crew, in hospital transport for tests, records department, are all attentive and caring. The food was phenomenal. It is made by world class chefs. Everyday. To the point where a catering associate would stop by my room to take my order before every meal. I attached the menu. Could not be happier. If you need them in the future, I highly recommend.

Susan McCoy The staff at Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute are very helpful. They are very efficient and they are also very caring. I do not have a problem going there to have testing done because Im in and out, which I am very grateful for because you can not get time back once it is come and gone. So, thank you.

Vernon Clemons Very professional while still providing genuine care and support for the procedures I had at this hospital. I was not treated line a number. I was served as if I was their only patient. The place is spotless and warming at the same time. I recommend that his facility for any who need this level of health care.

Bob G The entire staff that assisted me last week was very professional and mostly courteous. The first staff member at Check-In was very helpful and courteous. The first technician to call me from the lobby was Sarah who performed the Sonagrams. Sarah was very professional, however, Sarah wore mask and called a name which I did not recorgnize. Then, called my first name to which I responded. She seemed to have an attitude at first and hollered the instructions as if I was deaf. I am neither deaf nor hard-of-hearing. She performed her tasks somewhat robotically and when completed, she was more friendly. I do not know if she spoke loudly because of her mask or she had thought that my white hair signified old-age deafness. Sonya performed the before and after scans. Sonya was very professional, helpful, and friendly. I was put at-ease with Sonya. The third staff person was Brenda. Brenda administered the stress serum and was also very friendly, helpful, and professional as was Denise who read the tapes as they exited the printer. After fasting from coffee for so long, it was great to have Brenda offer me a delicious cup of “Java”. All-in-all, it was a 4 1/2 hours not too- bad experience. We will see as I will hear the results this Tuesday. I have suggestions to improve patient satisfaction: Have the receptionist at CHECK-IN learn and document the phonetic pronunciation of the patient’s name and have the staff member enter the lobby to call the person to reduce mistaken name pronunciation Bob Greis

DARRYL CASON I had a MRI scheduled. The parking was great. Didnt have to fight for a spot. Clean facilities, super friendly & accommodating staff (Bob, you rock). This is the only facility that provides music during the procedure (impressive & necessary, smart) to drown out the noise & ease minds. They provided warm blankets & several pillows for patients (thank you very much). Was nowhere near as bad as advertised. I fell asleep 2 times. Very pleasant experience. Would do it again.

Barbara Riddle We have had absolutely the finest Care and compassion shown toward my husband with his stay at Orlando health hospital Lake Mary and all the staff, including nurses and physicians. This is a new hospital and each time I go in to see my husband more space is being filled. The recliners are new. The offices are new. The doors are new and I get tickled when I am being taught how to use the checkout in the cafeteria People are so kind. I have found a loving place in Seminole County when care is needed.

Shannon Peikert I have yet to be disappointed or frustrated with the Horizon West Hospital. Anytime I have brought a friend, family, myself to the ER, the care has been top-notch! From walking through the doors with security, being greeted at the front desk, to be taken back to the medical team, I have always been impressed The customer care, the listening ear, and the timeline in which everything is taken care of is impressive. Each physician I have common in contact with along with the care team( assistance and technicians) Have been patient and educated. Thank you so much for taking care of the community!

K C I went to the ER in pain and feeling really concerned, but the staff quickly put me at ease with their friendly and knowledgeable care. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, addressing my concerns and keeping me informed. From check-in to discharge—including blood work, a CT scan, and a thorough review from the doctor—I was in and out in just 1.5 hours. Their efficiency and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier. I had such a great experience! Everyone I encountered was so friendly and sweet—from the front desk reception to all the nurses, doctors, and staff. Everyone was incredibly pleasant. A special shoutout to Nurse John—he’s the best! Highly recommend!

Eden Mohabber Not your average ER. This is a family. I went in with chest pain, and from the beginning starting with the person taking my insurance details i felt safe. Dr. Bradley Parrish is amazing and took great care of me. Nurse John went above and beyond for me, the whole team did. They kept me calm and made sure to address all my concerns, not juts physical but also mental state. I am glad to know this place is near me and will always choose it over anything. I was also seen right away, and for an ER, that should tell you everything

Ashley Sanchez This was my second go around having a delivery at Winnie Palmer and it was absolutely amazing. I did have a c-section due to having breech twins and I will tell you that it was scary but the team that took care of me was so lovely. They all were amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better. All the nurses from start to finish took care of me so well and my babies. I had one nurse that stood out to me the most and it was Mary! She was so amazing. She was so concerned for me and made sure I was taken care of and her partner Lauren was also super nice. Everyone was great but Mary just made me very comfortable. Even the leaving process was great. I had my first baby in 2020 and between now and then it’s a total change. I recommend anyone to have their baby here.

Nat R The best hospital experience I have ever had hands down. Words a not fully describe how kind and supportive the entirety of the staff was. From the wonderful doctors and nurses to the cafeteria staff, through and through they were all just so wonderful. I felt safe and taken care of on my entire week of staying at this hospital. When dealing with the emotions and stress of childbirth it’s important to know the nurses and doctors around you are there for you and will take care of all your needs and I truly felt like that. I thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart. Bless them all.

Aran Rodriguez I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and I passed out while visiting my primary doctor. They had to call an ambulance and we decided to go to Winnie Palmer to check on the baby and make sure everything was fine. They treated us very well, everything was fast and done very politely and efficient manner. We were in and out in 3h or less. I am happy we chose Winnie Palmer to be the place our baby girl will be born in the coming months.

Ruben Iglesias Excellent care and service by the staff at Winnie Palmer. They did such a good job of taking care of both mother and baby, we never felt like we went without for anything - very attentive to our care, quick to listen to our concerns, and many services provided to us which made us confident that our child’s health was being thoroughly looked after. I have to also mention that the staff are very friendly and kind, and it really made the experience of an emergency induction the best that it could for the circumstances that it was. Would highly recommend this hospital for future deliveries.

Dee Out of having 3 babies this was the best L&D experience i have had . All the nurses ,the triage, the food, everything was great. Especially the treatment and experience with the anesthesiologist Jerry . We had told him about a previous experience that was less than favorable and i felt he made it his point to really make me feel at ease and take care of me . He talked to me through everything and told me about some of his lifes experience in the military, even made sure to have a nurse put a pillow case on the pillow in the OR . angel laporta Has to stay at Orlando health south lake with my son for seizures. Let me start by saying we’ve been here for two days. Literally ALL the staff has been amazing , from the administration to the nurses, drs, even the nutrition staff that brings meals , CHRIS, IAN, just to mention a couple were super sweet UNTIL THIS MORNING!!! We encountered SHELLY!! This woman, she’s an RN , came in this moving, was rude, disrespectful to me telling me that she will give my son his medicine when she feels fit and that he’s not the only patient she has and this is because I asked her to give his meds. She went on to tell me that she was not going to allow me to dictate how she was going to do her job! I’m not sure if she’s not feeling well or just having a bad day but she was so ride and disrespectful that I had to get the charge nurse to remove her from the room!! As I said everyone else has been so sweet, kind, accommodating, going above and beyond my expectations. Until SHELLY happened!! This woman does not belong in healthcare, has a terrible bedside manner and should be reprimanded for the way she treated me!! Would have given 5 stars until this morning

TIFFANY DELIMA I don’t even know how to start.. I went in for an induction and natural labor .. unfortunately I ended up pushing for 3 hours and needing a c- section. The whole entire time from registration all the way to the postpartum, then follow up calls after we were discharged the medical staff was AMAZING. They were human, they cared and obviously love their job. I was devastated to not be able to labor naturally but if it wasn’t for this hospital’s care it would have been worse. We are SO grateful for everyone, truly!!!! I loved my experience there. To name a few nurses Patti was an angel took care of our baby from 2a-6am so we could get some sleep. Kami, Stephania always made sure I was comfortable. Linda and Lisa so patient to help breastfeed. My only “complaint/critique” with the actual hospital is that the labor and delivery room was so huge and nice, while the postpartum room was tight with the couch under the cold AC vent .. that’s not a huge issue .. but it would have been a lot nicer to have stayed in the first room ☺️ Thank you everyone !!!!

Sierra Davis I had the best experience delivering my baby at this hospital. The staff were extremely nice and competent. Answered all questions and made me feel heard and important. It was a week long experience for me but everyone there made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Shout out to my labor and delivery nurse Brenda!! You are absolutely LUCKY if you get her as a nurse during your stay. She is the sweetest person ever and I felt like I was with family being in her care.

brendahu10 My check in upon arriving to the Emergency Room was fast and easy. I was called back and seen right away. The nurses, PA and Dr was very helpful, patient and empathetic to my situation and did all they could to help me. My over all experience at South Lake Orlando Health Hospital was a positive one and I would not hesitate to go back if there ever was a need.

Tim Williams Service was quick saw the nurse practitioner once and did not see her or a doctor again. I was released by the nurse she could not give any answers to my questions regarding my condition she did Not have answers. Just to follow up with my orthopedic and take medication. I felt like my condition matter at first but then because it was not urgent it went through the cracks. Everyone on the staff was friendly and kind I love Orlando Health but it would have been nice to follow up after my CT scan to speak to a doctor

Llewlyn Rodriguez I had to visit the Orlando Health Emergency Room recently, and I was really impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and professional. The check-in process was quick, and they got me in to see someone pretty fast. The nurses and doctors were amazing, super thorough and kind. They made sure to explain everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. I really felt like they cared about making sure I was okay. The facility itself was clean and comfortable, which definitely helped make the whole experience less stressful. Overall, I left feeling really grateful for the excellent care I got. If you ever need emergency care, I’d definitely recommend Orlando Health!

Alexis Rodriguez My 8 year old son fell off our trampoline and required stitches on his knee, the staff was so well accommodating and got us in and out in less then a hour. They were so patient with our son and caring. One of the nurses actually met us outside the Emergency room entrance and helped me get him onto a wheelchair. 5 stars we give!! Thank you all!

Jean Zingaro I was experiencing sharp pain in my lower back. The staff was incredible. I was signed in and triaged in less than 15 minutes. My nurse, Savannah , was so responsive to my pain. The doctor was prompt and had me in x-ray quickly. Meds for pain were given quickly. I can’t say enough regarding this hospital. Thank you

César Sánchez I was referred to Dr. Phillips Hospital due to symptoms of extremely high blood pressure. My experience was quite satisfactory. I received excellent medical care—quick and accurate in diagnosis. I underwent numerous laboratory tests and examinations to assess the condition of my heart, arteries, and potential aneurysms in my head, chest, and legs, all performed using state-of-the-art technology. In the end, I gained greater clarity about my health condition. The hospital facilities are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The medical team, nurses, orderlies, and healthcare staff were all highly professional and kind. I am truly satisfied with the service at Orlando Health Dr. Phillips. Thank you very much.

Gloria Palmer From the moment I arrived at the ER I was greeted with compassion and kindness throughout my stay there. My care team was attentive and forthcoming with information about treatment plan and made sure that I understood exactly what to do after I was sent home. I was always afraid of hospitals but my admittance was bearable because of the wonderful staff, from Doctors, Nurses, Receptionist and the staff who served the meals to the ladies and gentlemen who came by to ask for my meal preferences. Everyone was great and I would definitely recommend The Dr. Philips Hospital to my family, and everyone one needs medical care.

Every single person, from helpers, to nurses, to the anesthesiologist, the nurse anesthetist, my surgeon Dr. Bobby Gibbons and the Resident who was working with him that day, were fantastic. I was treated with great kindness and respect despite having special needs. And they even played my choice of music (Queen!) in the Operating Room! Who could ask for more? teisha ramos I am writing to express my sincere disappointment regarding my recent experience at Orlando Health, specifically with Devon at the reception. From the moment I arrived with my grandson, I was taken aback by his smug and rude demeanor. Instead of providing the compassionate care one would expect in a healthcare setting, he spoke to me as if I were a child, which felt incredibly disrespectful. When I attempted to explain my grandson’s situation, Devon interrupted me to inform me that he was already aware of my grandson’s prior symptoms because he had read the chart. This left me confused and frustrated; it felt as though he was dismissing my concerns rather than genuinely listening. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel belittled, as if wearing scrubs granted him a sense of superiority over patients and their families. This experience was very off-putting, especially during an emergency when I needed support and understanding. I regret not seeking care elsewhere, but unfortunately, I felt I had no choice at that moment. I hope that Orlando Health addresses this issue, as patients deserve to be treated with respect and empathy, not self righteous individuals only there for a check! Once taken back to see the other staff, we were treated kindly.

Melissa Bush My Mom had to have surgery recently at Orlando Health to remove her cancer. This was by far the best experience we have ever had at any hospital. The care was exceptional. They are very organized and clean. The waiting areas are nice. Food choices are good. Highly recommend overall!

Barbara Brown Three teams of doctors took excellent care of my husband when he was admitted to emergency after a serious fall. Though he became frustrated with so much attention, I felt assured by any lack of neglect. I was particularly pleased with the doctors and others who openly showed their concern and provided information. When Sky was his night nurse, I could even return home and sleep well. Her sweet attitude was exemplary and exuded confidence and pleasure in those around her.

Kim Cook I suffered a heart attack on 12/21/24. I came into the ER with chest pains and was treated swiftly, compassionately, and thoroughly. The doctors, nurses, and techs that I came in contact with were all so very kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. I’m so grateful for every single person that I encountered during my stay. The excellence in the level of patient care is outstanding. Whatever changes have been made in that area, over the years, keep doing that!! It’s working!!

Bill Taylor I have been here a number of different times. They have some of the best surgeons and staff. Almost everything here is new and updated, and some still under construction. The recovery rooms are fantastic and clean. The recovery staff from the house doctor, head nurse, nurse assistants and the rest of the team are so nice, helpful and friendly. Even when they are super busy they all have fantastic attitudes. You just need to remember, the hospital pace maybe a little different than what you are use to. Relax and have some patience and you will enjoy your stay. I have the confidence in the surgeons and doctors to get me the best results possible. I can’t wait till you are in Brevard county. I had to leave even though I did not feel well enough to But the conditions of this room and I have insurance is absolutely ridiculous! I was giving medications that I should not have been given It was a terrible experience from check in until I got discharged three days later. Could have killed myself because the court in order to turn off The light was super long wrapped around my neck. Didnt have the decency to have a working clock. As I said I will let the pictures do the talking Way more to the situation than I can explain.

heidi ortega I broke my leg Christmas morning and was there on the 10th floor orthopedics for 13 days and the staff was so kind and made my stay very comfortable and they were all so attentive. Shout out to Dominique, Sarah and Lane for making a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation less awkward, you were my cheering squad and I will never forget you. Lane who sings and is so cheerful all the time. Thank you Jennifer for washing my hair so I could feel normal again. Thank you all too many to mention but if I had to be in a hospital I am glad that this was the one I was at and it is so clean and the room is like a hotel room my grandson actually thought it was an Airbnb LOL and wanted to come visit me so he could lay on my bed and watch TV cartoons. Bryan Wolski I have been to a number of hospitals (unfortunately) and have been impressed with AdventHealth Orlando. It is a very good facility, with multiple floors for cardiology (and other floors for other areas too). I have been engaged mostly with the Advanced Heart Failure team and they are the best to deal with. Every single nurse, doctor, APRN has been outstanding. I tell them that I have been to other hospitals and those other hospitals are great, but when compared to AdventHealth Orlando, it is like comparing Chik-fil-a to McDonald’s. They are just a cut above in service and making you feel cared for. I had to have a long stay and they have a spa (Eden Spa). I was able to schedule a haircut in my room. So convenient and adds to your own humanity when you take care of the basics.

They listen, they are organized, extremely knowledgeable and professional, they care. (PCP, Cardiology, Oncology, Radiology, Surgery). I wished I started my journey with Advent Health from the very beginning but trust that I will get the best care possible. Advent Health Orlando is an amazing building. I loved the garden and hubby mentioned the cafeteria was great. My surgery was planned thoroughly, the day of the surgery the nurses went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had a complicated procedure, Dr. Kendrick did an amazing job « fixing me », answering all questions before the surgery, and delivering difficult news to my hubby after the surgery. I was able to go home the same day without taking narcotics. Thank you so much!

Margaret Ackley I was admitted to Orlando Health -Health Central Hospital for surgery. In the weeks prior to this admission I received numerous phone calls and texts to keep me updated on expectations, appointment scheduling, meetings, contacts if needed to answer questions, etc. By the time I actually went for the surgery, I felt completely comfortable with my situation and had had all my questions answered. The surgery and after care showed the same attention to detail. I cannot praise this hospital and staff enough. Naturally, as a single patient, I did not deal with all of the hospital workers. However, all with whom I did deal were caring and immediately ready to help with any situation or questions that arose - without exception! Things were done on schedule and within a very friendly atmosphere. This hospital and staff are truly amazing!!! I rarely write reviews for anything, but it would be a true disservice to all if I did not assign it the highest positivity rating possible and then have it printed in a review to help others trying to make critical decisions regarding their own personal treatment and care. This is an outstanding facility staffed with intelligent, caring individuals. I am happy to give the hospital and its workers a 5-star rating without any reservation. My personal thanks to all!

dianna lynn Dorough From the front door to my return to the front, as I was leaving, my patient experience was a pleasant one. EVERYONE is so nice, caring, and professional. They are very accommodating, even down to the music I get to listen to during my MRI. I’ve not been to this hospital campus before; however, I’m pleased to know the same service exists across the network.

Romeco Kissoonnauth Be Careful, Health Central has not changed. The shift turned over and I am currently with Nurse Lisa and the 5th floor. I’m in massive pain and I was threaten by her that if I do not get up and walk I will not be given my pain medication. So despite my pain I got up and walked. I came back to my room and waited in pain for over 2 hours but nurse Lisa never came back. So I had my sister go ask them for my pain medication because now my pain level is at a 9 and she told me she will not give me. I asked to speak with the the nurse lead Sierra over 45 minutes ago and she has yet to come into my room. I’m sitting here in massive pain burning up from inside out with no help. Be Careful Health Central is still a horrible place. My doctor recommended that I go to the ER immediately. I contemplated on Health Central or Advent Health but since my house is closer to Health Central, I ended up there. Admission was kind & professional. ER nurse Christian along with the ER PA & the ER doctor was AMAZING! Christian was so empathetic, professional and helpful. I was admitted for surgery the next day. On to the 5th floor nurse Emily and nurse Akai were compassionate and trustworthy.

Maria E My Father was here for just over a week. The staff is friendly and courteous from the front security area to the doctors! The hospital is very clean, easy to get around, rooms are like hotel rooms! They allowed us to stay overnight with Dad while he recuperated The exterior is beyond beautiful. Mostly the consistency in good care and courtesy we received was top notch.

Luz Scamparle Great until The Last Day of my stay. The morning nurse staff was not attentive. I ask for soap for a shower and never got it or towels. The emergency room staff was amazing. The Brazilian nurse training the Spanish nurse left me suffering in pain for 2 hours and 45 minutes because they forgot.

G Ryan (Ryan Gay) I have been coming to the Orlando Medical Center for about 3 or 4 years. The staff and Doctor Coskun are amazing at what they do. They always are quick, so you arent sitting in the waiting room waiting forever. They take most insurance and are up to speed with new medications and diagnosis accurately. I highly suggest becoming a patient here!

K Y I’ve had an excellent experience with my pcp office. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming and efficient. The MAs are kind and attentive, making sure all my concerns are addressed. The PAs and MDs are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly. Even the administrator goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. I highly recommend this practice for their outstanding care and dedication to patients.

Gregory Guice Made an appointment months in advance and the doctors canceled the day of because the doctor would not be in. Rescheduled for 4 days later and confirmed on the phone so not an issue. Showed up on time and was told My appointment was canceled for non confirmation. Save yourself and go somewhere else that cares, please!

Eagle Eyesight No one like them take the time to explain about your conditions and how to manage them. I can say that thanks to Earlene Joseph, Physician assistance to Doctor Coskun, my health is under an excellent care, also my familys. These are doctors that really , have a vast knowledge, experience and such a dedication. It’s rare to find doctors that combine such personal touches and attention for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Dr. Coskun is excellent, has assisted my husband, myself when Earlene isnt available, she takes care of my daughter as well. We thank God we found them. We will never change to any other medical practice. You can trust them, they are always available even if you dont have an appointment. Gina is another jewel on that office, God bless them all.

Skyler Diaz Awful. My doctor saw me as a number and a burden. He did everything he could to get me out the door as quickly as possible. And the nurses would defend him. When he ran out of treatment options, be literally just said " Well I guess we just wait until something happens" HELLO?? I have stage 4 cancer!! I ended up having to call hospitals ALL around the country, and I found my OWN clinical trial I wanted to be in. And every single hospital I called was APPALLED that I needed to call because my oncologist already washed his hands of my case. Florida healthcare in general is just THAT worse than many other states. I ended up moving for better care, which if I did not, I might have died already. ETA: The inpatient ward drove me up the wall!!! everything is beige and white, with sterile fluorescent lights. You CANNOT leave the floor if you are hooked to a treatment, so you just see patients shuffling around the 2 loops of the floor. Over, and over. There is a small break room, and some nice windows. But other than that , that place doesnt feel real, and It feels like time doesnt pass there. I had nonstop panic attacks there, but that was also in part because of the chemo.

john desantis i was a patient in the radiation therapy department from jan 2 nd to feb 19 th 2025 (ethos machine ) i cant say how helpful the whole staff was they were very caring i had many people helping with my therapy and they all did an outstanding job but a special thank you to my main team andrew charolotte and bette they were the best also big thank you to dr christopherson and dr hassenien between all of them everything went perfect will have follow ups but the hard part is done and done well defintley more than 5 stars would reccomend to all orlando health cancer institute thank you so much

Michael B Had a stem cell transplant here, which will hopefully cure my Hodgekins Lymphoma, or at worse result in me needing 1 year of mild chemo a few months down the road. During my 3 week stay, the doctors and most of the nurses were very competent, which is why Im leaving an overall positive review despite everything else Im going to mention. Some of the nurses were clearly new to the 8th floor bone marrow/stem cell transplant ward, and seemed baffled by common treatment side effects, which would have been a bit demoralizing if not for my skilled doctors. Thats forgivable. What isnt forgivable is that I have reason to believe an overnight nurse who was new to the floor and seemed incredibly... flighty, may have stolen my $300 Sony earbuds. I wont name them as I cant prove it, but the last time they connected to my phone was that night, on 08/07/2024, and they werent seen again despite having been previously left on my bedside tray table, with the room thoroughly searched afterwards. Im not sure I believe in the afterlife, but if it exists, then theres certainly a special place kept for nurses who break their oaths to steal from cancer patients. I did not see that nurse again during the remaining week of my stay. The quality of the care I received for a treatment vital to my survival outweighs the alleged theft of a material good, but at the same time I should be able to TRUST every single staff member at that hospital, thus I have to knock off 2 stars. Trust your doctors, but guard anything you bring with you.

Natt Reyes When it comes to working there, youre better of anywhere else. They are not upfront with do and donts, you have to use your pto for holiday pay and their pay increase is not much. Save yourself the disappointment and waste of time. Be mindful of ppl in management. Ill stick to advent health.

Tina Geiger My stay here was wonderful,I liked it, they helped me a lot and they were all very patient with me. I would recommend anybody to come to this hospital. They worked with me everyday to get me stronger and get me home. I will really miss them and I appreciate all the work they did for me.

Mindy Weiss Let me start off by saying this place definitely needs some upgrading. The next thing I want to say is that this place literally saved my 95 year old mother’s life. The care she received here was top notch! From the respiratory to the nurses and doctors, everyone was 5 star excellent! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism! Jack Cain Medical services was great. But there follow - ups on missing items was terrible. My girl friends cellular phone got wrapped in her bed linen. And was shipped to one of their linen cleaning companies. Johnathan bend followed up for a while. They never found her phone and completely wouldnt answer any of the phone calls after that.

christie Gibson We have been so blessed to have met Rachel Hinson , in the administrating office. It is a very difficult decision, to find one of these facilities for your loved one. We are at peace, Rachel has accommodated us. She has fulfilled all of our needs. She is absolutely wonderful. We are so happy that we chose this facility. It is very hard, to find good hearted people nowadays. If you’re thinking about sending one of your family members to this facility, make sure you ask for Rachel. My mother has a wonderful nurse his name is Christian Alvarez when I leave from visiting her at night, I always tell him please treat my mother, as if she was your mother, and his response is” I treat all my patients as if they were my mother. This nurse goes out of his way, and really makes me feel comfortable when she is in his care.

Valerie Duval So, I find out Im at the wrong location, however I have only ever been to the same location over the past 4 years, I get the address to the location I am supposed to be at and they tell me to sit and wait for 40 minutes to tell me they have no one on staff that can remove stitches. Then why couldnt I just leave and try to make my appointment at the correct location. Keep in mind they know I am driving from Daytona Beach and that I am a teacher who had to request this day 3 weeks in advance just to get a substitute to cover me for and hour. There customer service is ridiculous. Not to mention I got 4 phone calls from them asking me to change my appointment the day before the appointment. Then when I tell them I dont know when I could take time off again to get over here they suggested I just go to the emergency room to have them removed. So here I wait in the emergency room to get stitches removed. I hope I never have to back here again and if you dont have to use the orthopedic Arnold Palmer Facility then dont.

Dr. Murrah is his Orthopedist and I have to share with everyone...Dr. Murrah is one in one million, his kindness, Professionalism and attention is unique. Dr. Casey as well is The Best. Robin, Medical Assistant is very sweet and shes make sure everything is right and the patient feel comfortable. She knows how to treat her patients. Thank you Robin... youre Amazing, my husband Joselin Junior and I are forever grateful ❣️

Jennifer Cepuder My son had back surgery with Dr. Phillips this past June 2019. Dr. Phillips is an amazing doctor. Very personable and put my son at ease. Everyone I dealt with at the office was helpful and they sent me plenty of paperwork and reminders for every step of the process. The day of surgery went very smooth. We checked in and they have a wonderful app called Ease that lets you know how your son or daughter is doing while in surgery. The hospital is fantastic. Seriously an amazing place. So great for kids. And the ortho unit has video game consoles and movies the kids can have in their rooms. They also have a fridge with ice cream and jello etc that can be accessed at any time. Honestly the whole process of this very scary surgery was made so much better from the help of Dr. Phillips, his staff, and Arnold Palmer hospital. Highly recommend.

Victoria Jackson Just called to make an appointment for my children. The time was 4:24 pm on 8/15/2017. Waited almost 10 minutes before someone picked up the line. A woman answered the phone, asked me what I needed and after I told her I needed to schedule an appointment, she hung up. I called back immediately and of course the after hours message was received. It is extremely unprofessional and I hope management will demand better practices of the office staff.

The appointment was over a month away 3 days before appt they call to say he will need x Rays and cant be done there 2 days before appointment they call to reschedule because the dr wont be in so they give me the date of next available of over a month later after they are the ones that canceled we live 2 hours away this is so unprofessional

Jason Gray Just an all around great experience. I set my appointment up over the phone, and was given exact instructions on where to park, and where to locate the office (it’s a bit tricky). I met with Dr. Zerpa. She is a fantastic person. She listened, and provided me with great comfort. I also met with her attending, Dr. Conti, who was also very professional and comforting. I have a follow up appointment next month. definitely recommend visiting if searching for a primary, or just overall care.

Roisin Wong Went here because a Coworker had a great experience, At first I was very impressed. Did not have to wait long and really liked the doctor I saw. I have a $20.00 copay which is due before you even get to the waiting room. I paid and have receipts for this. I had a total of 3 visits, suddenly I am getting invoices in from them. I have called the billing department multiple times and left left messages . I canceled my last appointment when the lady asked why I told her that if they cant tell me why I am being charged $60.00 when my copay is $20.00 I am not going to use them. She said yep I understand that okay ill take you off. So she either hears that a lot or they just do not care. Either way my last appointment was 5 months ago now and they still cannot tell me why I own this money. They cant make a phone call but they sure can sent out invoices.

MC Luo Its my first visit here. I just moved to Orlando area and need a new family doctor. The experience is OK except the long wait in exam room. And I was wondering why they wouldnt provide paper prescriptions. The drug prices are varied greatly by pharmacies even they are in the same insurance network, and having a paper prescription in hands will allow us Medicare patient to shop around each time for the best price.

skytalon74 Waited 45 minutes in an exam room with no one attending to me. And there were no other patients around. Crazy wait time. Also Called my pharmacy for a prescription refill and this practice did not respond according to the pharmacy. Somewhat unreliable. 1/26/17 update Good check in process; nice staff. But time to update the lobby from those 20 year old chairs! 1/31/17 Resident doctors! Pay attention to pharmacy instructions. I asked to send prescriptions at two separate pharmacies because I get one of them free at Publix. Of course both went to the same pharmacy. Now I have to wait longer for crucial medication. This is unacceptable! 2/13/18 Pharmacy sent a refill request three times. No response from this doctors office. Unacceptable again. 5/10/19: Pharmacy sent refill request. No response again from this doctors office. How is this acceptable?

MIchele Gurevich I am very dissatisfied with the care from the resident doctors here. Too many careless errors. Cant get an appointment because they are in the office only one day per week, or gone for a month to another hospital. Once at the appointment, theyre in a hurry, which might explain why they make lots of careless errors. Dont go to a resident if you have any serious issues.

Holly Hewitt Bring your own chair, lunch, and water. Be prepared to get up to go to the back, just to come back into the waiting room to fill out paperwork. This place is always packed with people waiting long past their appointment time. No idea why this place is so inefficient and its mandatory to come here before surgery. They should be able to keep up with the volume of patients but they cant. Also only one companion back at a time. It is super difficult to use this facility with elderly parents. If you can avoid this place please do. I feared for my dads blood sugar, my parents being bombarded by the staff and Im not able to advocate for them.

Lilo S It called my attention by the comments of certain people, who said that they have to wait more than two hours to be served. So I encouraged myself to have to wait. For reason that are irrelevant I arrived before the hour of my appointment. I was treated very kindly at the front desk. And they assignment a color that would be my identifications by they which they would call me. I sat in the waiting room and took my tablet to entertain myself while I waited. It didnt take more than few minutes when they called me. Alexandra attended me to registered me and confirm the information, she was very kind an professional. She told me to go back to the waiting room, so I thought ok to wait again and again only few minutes passed and they called me. I was attendees by James, a super friendly young man who took my vital signs, weight and height. He asked me to follow him to another room and wait a moment. I didnt spend much time and entered a nurse (I apologize for no remembering his name) he was on charge of entering my medical history to the system. A lady came to do ECG and take a blood sample. There was a problem with the ECG equipment, after several attempts the nurse discovered that the problem was the barcode on my bracelet. Once the problem was solved, the nurse clearly gave me all the instructions and procedures that I have to follow before surgery. Before saying goodbye, he apologized thousands of the time for the delay. I know it wasnt his fault but a matter of circumstances. I fully recommend this institution an especially a very big recognition to the staff who being so professional. Ana P Shand

Nelka Cosme The hospital has excellent facilities, but the security personnel treat patients families with unnecessary cruelty and rudeness. The security supervisor exhibits a penal-guard mentality, often disregarding the rights of both patients and their families. Visiting feels more like entering a courtroom than a place of healing. The staff needs to be more compassionate and respectful, following protocols without overstepping them based on assumptions. I do not recommend this hospital for patients in critical or terminal conditions.

Yo Soy JeNnY I love this place. It is clean and beautiful. I feel like they NEED to work on working faster. I have been waiting 7 hours for a brain scan, not the result of the scan. It is ridiculous. I know dang well that machine is not being used the whole 7 hours I have been here. I asked the people around me what they were here for, and I was the only one who had a brain scan.

Morales Very well maintained and clean, the staff are friendly and the service is topnotch and all that is missing are cellphones charging in the waiting area and that the EV charging stations are put to work . After my wife having a medical procedure performed here everything went well although when she had to stay overnight that’s when everything changed, that’s why I changed to two stars, she was bed ridden and needed help so she called the nurse and no one showed up until the next day , the TV remotes don’t work, so no TV service either, they never gave her the medication she takes at night and in the morning, I feel they need to improve there nursing care, this does not par with Orlando healths values nor there standard operating procedure.

Joan Aragones A few weeks ago I went to the emergency room but I left pain on my ribs and my abdomen. I waited 30 minutes finally they took all my information then they sent me down and waited an hour and a half to see a Dr They called me in I took my vitals and they told me again to sit down outside to wait for the Dr to call me. An hour later they call my name to see the Dr The Dr told me to sit down on a chair ask me why I was there? I described my symptoms which is pain on my lower ribs radiating to my abdomen feel nauseous and he did not examine me at all didn’t feel my abdomen see they needed to do anything or ask more questions. He sent me out for CAT scan and some blood work which is a great idea and then he asked the nurse to open a vein and put an IV on it and give me pain medication without knowing what was my problem I refuse to pay medication and then they send me out to a room to sit down and wait. They gave me something to drink to do the CT scan I drank it I was supposed to be wait an hour after drinking it but 10 minutes later they come and they get me and they did the CT scan I weighed two hours for the CAT scan to be read to me and the bloodwork and when they took me to the room I refused to sit there because they were eight people there there was no privacy everybody was so sick and it was not sanitize nor cleaned A doctor went by and asked me what I was doing standing in the hallway and say I’m not going in there there’s no privacy everybody’s coughing and they look very sick and I didn’t come here to get worse was my response. This nice Dr found me a chair so I can sit down outside that room and ask the nurse to see where my results were and if they were ready Just got one and got the Dr that saw me at the emergency room I told them my Joan Aragones results are very in the CT scan it’s ready and it has been read The Dr that I saw comes into the hallway and in the voice discuss the results in front of everyone that was Walking by he violated the hip didn’t take me in a separate room to discuss what my problem was in with detail said what my problem was He sent me home with a prescription. They never follow up with me they never called me to discuss the results I will never Never go Back Again. I do No hay irnot recommend this Hospital at least the emergency room they were very unprofessional the Medical care was not great nor the patient care
