5 /5 Lilo S: It called my attention by the comments of certain people, who said that they have to wait more than two hours to be served. So I encouraged myself to have to wait. For reason that are irrelevant I arrived before the hour of my appointment. I was treated very kindly at the front desk. And they assignment a color that would be my identifications by they which they would call me. I sat in the waiting room and took my tablet to entertain myself while I waited. It didnt take more than few minutes when they called me. Alexandra attended me to registered me and confirm the information, she was very kind an professional. She told me to go back to the waiting room, so I thought ok to wait again and again only few minutes passed and they called me. I was attendees by James, a super friendly young man who took my vital signs, weight and height. He asked me to follow him to another room and wait a moment. I didnt spend much time and entered a nurse (I apologize for no remembering his name) he was on charge of entering my medical history to the system. A lady came to do ECG and take a blood sample. There was a problem with the ECG equipment, after several attempts the nurse discovered that the problem was the barcode on my bracelet. Once the problem was solved, the nurse clearly gave me all the instructions and procedures that I have to follow before surgery. Before saying goodbye, he apologized thousands of the time for the delay. I know it wasnt his fault but a matter of circumstances.
I fully recommend this institution an especially a very big recognition to the staff who being so professional.
