They not only made sure I was comfortable but also the friend that brought me. I would highly recommend BayCare Hospital. From the time I got there till the time I left I was treated with care and respect.

5 /5 Anna Dodd: My family member had surgery here and we felt the staff was very informative and took great care of her. I want to specifically mention Nurse Jennifer, Nurse Brooke and Nurse Evelyn. They all showed compassion, empathy, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process.

5 /5 Janette Neilson: The customer service at this facility was great for my mother’s tonsillectomy this morning. The entire team from walking in the door was very friendly, helpful and professional. Katherine, Althea, Debra, Robin, Patricia, Lori, Dr. Fennig, Dr. Jean, Lisa and Jennifer. Althea was wonderful at putting the IV in her arm which is no easy task with her small and rolling veins. Katherine was the best. Her bedside manner was very welcoming and put us all at ease. Lori was very pleasant and made sure that my mother was comfortable had everything she needed. We couldn’t be any happier with the treatment we received.

5 /5 Anthony Hopman: Very quick and compassionate attention by emergency room staff. Frequent contact during stay in ER. Hospital Room was spacious and clean. Again, attention from staff was excellent. Everyone was kind and compassionate. The food was excellent!! The Emergency department is quite small but I understand improvements are coming soon.
