5 /5 Anna Christoffel: From the first call I immediately got the impression that the team is thorough and communicative. Everything I said was documented in detail and the scheduling process was thorough and reliable. My car had a major issue that wasnt obviously apparent and while we had to do multiple rounds of work, I have to say that I was impressed with the persistence and thoroughness. In the end the issue was resolved and my car was thoroughly tested to ensure that it was actually fixed. Future recommendations were made and I left the shop feeling confident in Erik and his team.

5 /5 Melissa B: Norwood Auto always, always takes exceptional care of our car. They’re super friendly and their car inspections are always very thorough. I really appreciate how they break down what fixes have a greater priority than others — it takes pressure off of me to get everything taken care of all at once, and they always deliver it in an easy-to-read report that I can review later and they’re transparent about cost (and charge very fair prices). We’re never going anywhere else for our car maintenance — they’re quite simply the best auto service I’ve found in the city after living in four neighborhoods. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

5 /5 Janene Coconate: Excellent service. Took my car in for a slow leak before work and they were able to look at it right away. Found the nail, plugged the hole and was only 20 minutes late to work. Heard a lot of great feedback about NAS and it’s all true. Would highly recommend.

5 /5 Elyse Fuller: I went online to find a mechanic to fix my brakes and saw the rave reviews for Norwood Auto Service, so I contacted Eric the owner. He was very nice and accommodated me that day for an appointment! I went in that afternoon and met Dustin, who was just as accommodating and super awesome! He then assigned Esteban to my vehicle and they sent me a FULL report that evening (they close at 5pm and my appointment was at 330pm:). Dustin called me that evening and let me know the status sending me a full report when they could’ve just checked on the noise my car was making! Yes, it cost me more than just brakes, but my car was back to 100% before noon the next day. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! If you respect friendly, quick, efficient and hospitable service you’d be very wise to contact Norwood Auto Service for your mechanical needs! I am so glad I trusted the reviews and I will use them for all my future mechanical needs!
