5 /5 Katharine ODette: There is absolutely no doctor better than him. I have the highest expectations, and he exceeds them. He is incredibly smart, good at what he does, always open to discussing alternative options, and easily accessible and approachable. I trust him and his expert opinion on everything. My husband jokes, “How do you think we picked out our fence?” As if I ask him advice on everything. I usually think I’m smarter than most doctors but I defer to this one on everything. He even realizes more things on my heart testing results then even my cardiologist. He is all my doctors in one. I use my nephrologist as if he is my primary care physician. Incredible! No one like him! One of a kind!

5 /5 Peaceful Being: This is one of the most caring specialist, Extremely thorough, listens to concerns. Of course, we all wish our different specialists and doctors were like this. This is what it means to take an oath. God blessed him with compassion and patience. I highly recommend him to anyone.

5 /5 Colin Ghira: The visit was a great experience. The staff and the doctor were very professional and punctual. James was very detailed and explained every single issue at length, to the point that I was comfortable with the prognosis when I left. He even went above and beyond and gave me advice on how to approach other areas of my health, unrelated to his specialty. This is something you dont find easily in todays medical field. He is definitely one of the best doctors around.

5 /5 Angel D: The reception/check-in lady was courteous, professional and friendly. My wait time was approx. 6 mins. The nice surprise was that Dr. D came and personally called me in from the waiting room. He took my vitals himself. So much better than being shuffled from one person to the next and then finally to see a dr. He went over my entire medical history and allowed me to ask questions without being condescending. He was friendly, took plenty of time to explain my condition, medications and course of treatment and follow up. It was an absolute pleasure to visit with a Dr who realizes your concerns and puts you at ease immediately. He made my 1st visit stress-free by showing his compassion and concern.

5 /5 Yanelin Gonzalez: I’ve been going to Dr. Drakakis for 2 years now, he is honestly the best nephrologist ever!!!! Anytime I have an appointment to see him I never feel rushed and he explains everything thoroughly. Very compassionate and kind person! He is the true definition of what a Doctor should be.
