5 /5 Shinhae Choi: Exceptional and personal service. I delivered my first at Katz women’s hospital and second at Winthrop. I would say Katz recovery room was newer and bigger but I enjoyed my stay at Winthrop better because of their care. Staff constantly checked on me to make sure everything is good with me and baby and asked how to make things better. Cleaning staff came in a few times a day to take out the garbage and clean the bathroom. Personal tablet to watch movies and order meals was a wonderful touch as is their mychart app. If I get pregnant for the third time, without a doubt I would choose NYU again
