The stylist who worked on my hair did a great job, but unfortunately, Jessica’s demeanor affected the overall experience. She appeared unapproachable and had a harsh expression, which came across as unwelcoming.
Additionally, I observed Jessica speaking to her staff in a condescending tone, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It gave the impression of a toxic work environment, as there seemed to be a lack of mutual respect between her and her team.
When I inquired about product pricing, I found her approach to customer service lacking. This would have been a perfect opportunity to provide clear details, build rapport, and enhance the customer experience, but it felt like an afterthought.
Overall, Jessica’s negative energy overshadowed what could have been a positive visit. Reading through other reviews, it’s clear that Jessica is a significant factor in the negative environment that she creates. I hope she considers improving her attitude and customer service skills to create a more welcoming environment for both customers and her team.
