5 /5 Marty Demarest: I had a wonderful experience at the Samaritan Hospital Emergency room last night about 2am.
Parking was nearby, and I was greeted by the person at the desk wth a smile. My wait was less than 10 minutes and the LPN who took my vitals was friendly and relayed information to the triage nurse promptly.
Paul, the RN, walked me through the initial assessment, got the lab samples needed, made sure I was comfortable. A scan was done promptly and the wait for the lab results was less than an hour. The PA reported the results, explained them, and what followup should be.
My total time was less than 2 hours but at least as importantly, each of the people I saw was responsive, friendly and professional. Their attitudes made this high stress experience as good as it could be. Thank you!
