5 /5 Diane Bryant: While visiting relatives for the holidays, I fell on the stairs and injured several areas of my body. Besides several contusions, I fractured my arm, in the wrist area, and caused a head injury. I checked published ratings before choosing where to go, and almost decided against going to UPMC Chautauqua; however, Iām so glad I ignored the negative comments! From the minute I walked in, until the minute I left, I was treated with the upmost kindness and extraordinary professionalism. From the triage nurse to the x-ray technicians, nurses and doctor, I knew I was receiving excellent medical attention. I certainly appreciated the care given to me.
