The over the top amazing part started in the parking lot. The garage is close to both buildings and has plenty of spots for visitors that are clearly marked. The receptionist was friendly and comfortably professional. After a very short wait I was taken back with again, a comfortably professional sono tech.
By “comfortably professional” I mean focused on me and the task at hand yet friendly and engaging in our conversation and setting my expectations. The same was true with the X-ray tech.
I noticed on the walk between the two areas how incredibly clean the entire building was. A hospital, in the post-pandemic labor shortage immaculate? The floor, the walls, the baseboards, the furniture was all pristine. Don’t get me wrong,
