5 /5 Justin Ford: First off, Andy is a rock star.  I dont use that term lightly, but Ill explain more below. We have been struggling to get our 5.7L I/O running this whole boating season. After having the carb rebuilt elsewhere and being assured that everything was tip top, we dropped the boat in on the Columbia and the boat wouldnt start. After a quick Google search, we found Performance Carburetor Services. We met with Andy around closing time and ran through the issues. The next day, Andy had rebuilt the carb, fixed issues the other mechanic had introduced and then met us on the water to make sure the boat would start and run as it should, and ended up finding the root cause of our issues, which had been a failed electric choke thermostat power line. Andy adjusted the carb to run as is intended, and got us out on the water, and ended up diagnosing an unrelated ignition problem to boot. Andys skill, knowledge, and integrity are top notch. I would drive from Seattle back to tri cities for future maintenance on the boat and my cars for the expertise and professionalism experienced with Andy and Performance Carburetor.

5 /5 Joe Cruz: Andy is a rare breed - a mechanic who has both the knowledge and drive to take on challenging projects, like my 1987 Pathfinder with a Weber carburetor conversion. He had it fixed in less than 2 days - diagnosing several problems and despite my encouragement didnt recommend any other work. His shop is well organized - especially his tools - and the rigs in there reflect the quality of his work. Andy takes pride in what he does, is honest, and super cool.
