5 /5 Joe A: First time I brought my 2016 E400 Mercedes to a repair shop other than the dealership. Let me just say I was very pleased with the excellent friendly customer service Hamm Autoworks provided. They installed the new Motor mounts and their price was way more reasonable than other shops to include the dealership. They returned my car just as super clean the way I had turn it in to them. From now on if my E400 needs any repairs, Hamm autoworks is the shop I will most definitely come to.

5 /5 Bethani Mayberry: We found a used car out of town, in Vancouver, that seemed to check all the boxes, so we called around to find a shop that could do a pre-purchase inspection. Hamm very graciously said they would work us in if we could leave it there most of that day. The pre-purchase inspection cost was very reasonable and extremely thorough. They found things wrong with the car that they transparently shared could be an easy fix or could cost of thousands. They answered our many questions. They were professional and so helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.

What really stood out, though, was the professionalism of the manager, Elliott. He took the time to explain everything clearly, provided honest recommendations, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Elliott runs the shop with integrity and attention to detail, which shows in the quality of the work and the trust they’ve built with their customers. It’s rare to find an auto shop that combines skill, speed, and genuine care for their clients—Hamm’s delivers on all fronts. Five stars all the way!

5 /5 Taylor Stanley: Had a flat tire when I was dropping my dog off for daycare next door and I popped in for help. They couldnt fix my tire, but they put some air in for me and helped me find the nail causing the issues. Wanted to say thanks for getting me on my way today, they were so helpful even though I wasnt a customer, but I will be now!

5 /5 nathan mcguire: Amazing experience! An owl flew into my driver headlight on a 19 GMC3500 shattering the lens. I called about an OEM replacement ($2k before install). I decided to find an aftermarket set ($800ish and they look amazing). I called a few body shops trying to get a quote to replace the lights. Many of the shops were unwilling for whatever reason. After 5-6 calls to one of the shops in Battleground to remind them to get me a quote (took over 2.5 weeks just for the quote) I was pretty frustrated. I called a few more shops and was directed to Hamm Autoworks. Jacob answered immediately, was friendly/professional, got me a quote within the hour and scheduled me for 2 days later. I took it in this morning (8am) and got a call before 11am that it was complete. They did a fantastic job and the lights look amazing! I’m very appreciative of the excellent customer service and will be recommending them to all friends and family. Thank you Jacob and thank you to the owners for such a well run establishment : )
