5 /5 Elizabeth Gordon: I had the absolute best experience at The Brake Shop! Luke (I believe the owner) personally took care of my car, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the start, he was upfront, honest, and took the time to explain everything before doing any work—no surprises, just great service. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and the quality of his work was top-notch. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he also seems like a genuinely kind and good person who truly cares about his customers. It’s rare to find a business with this level of integrity and customer care. If you need brake work done, do yourself a favor and go see Luke at The Brake Shop! I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs!

Often times that my brakes still have Xxxx amount of miles on them till they need service etc. they don’t just try to sell you but tell you if you don’t need them just yet!!! Truly appreciate that more than this review can say!

5 /5 917 971: Outstanding service!! Luke took a look at my brakes, described their condition, and explained my options, without being condescending, or pushy. Making an appointment was easy and he completed the work in the estimated time, then test drove my car before handing it back to me, and all for a very reasonable price. He is professional, genuine, and skilled, and I highly recommend him. Like the sign says, no gimmicks, just great work and top-quality replacement parts.

5 /5 Valerie Schell: came in for something I thought would be a much bigger issue due to the noise my car was making, it was actually a very small fix , and luke was more than honest about everything going on, let me see the piece that was broken, and didn’t try to upsell or upcharge me for random stuff done on my car. Very very good business. If I ever have any other issues on my car I will 100% go here now or recommend to a friend. Thank you Luke so much !!!!
